DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM…read more He initially told me that one bottle of coolant and the part we supplied were all he needed. Once the process started, he called me down from my house and told me I would need to pay for another bottle of coolant just to test whether his work was complete. That was odd because we had already supplied him with a full bottle. We refused, but he still went to the store. While he was at the register, he called us and told us the total, as if we hadn't already declined to send him to the store. After he claimed he was finished, he knocked on my door and told me he had locked his keys in his car and had left his equipment in MY CAR. He then asked if he could wait inside my house while his wife drove 30 minutes to bring him another set of keys. At that point, my house was not in the right condition for someone to be waiting inside, so this was extremely uncomfortable and honestly a huge inconvenience. Once his wife finally arrived, he came back and said that he felt he wasn't paid enough for the job he had done. At that point, I was already extremely uncomfortable and frustrated with the entire situation. Then, to make matters worse, I started finding loose bolts in the corner of my car that were supposed to be on the water pump. When I asked him about the bolts, he said he had purchased new ones because he didn't have enough of the correct bolts to finish the job. However, after he went to the store--which we never agreed to send him to--he came back claiming that he had the correct amount of bolts all along. What really pissed me off was that he left my car jacked up IN HOUSTON, OF ALL PLACES, with the engine exposed. AND NOW, LESS THAN TWO MONTHS LATER, THE WATER PUMP IS STILL LEAKING COOLANT. The exact issue we paid to have repaired has not been resolved. With all the confusion throughout this entire process, I honestly don't understand how we could be accused of shorting him when the original agreement was completely different. It's WAY too hot in Texas for people to be spending their hard-earned money and still not have the problem resolved. I paid for a service, and I expect the work to be completed correctly and my vehicle to be left in the condition it was supposed to be in. It hasn't even been a full two months since he last worked on my car, and we are STILL dealing with a leaking water pump.

We found out because when we went back to his office OUR belongings were on his desk. Shame on him. The management here is awful and can't be trusted. My 2013 VW Beetle Convertible had what looked like a serious window leak during a massive rainstorm and on top of that my brake light was out. The dealership couldn't even see me until Thursday! (Today is Monday). Grayson got me in today. He and his master mechanic Tommy personally took a hose to my car to diagnose the leak with no runaround. As it turns out, it wasn't the catastrophic leak I feared. At the same time, Tommy replaced my brake light quickly and efficiently. And, Grayson took great care of me- without a doubt amazing and straight up outstanding customer service. All my problems are resolved. Whew!!!! These guys are honest, knowledgeable, and they actually care. And to top it off, Grayson even identified the likely cause of my heat issue that the dealership wanted to fix the expensive way. All through a quick conversation and review of my car's issues. I'll be bringing my car back to fix that in a few weeks. Other than that they totally failed. The day the car was towed in I met with a service tec who told me they would start tearing down the truck the next day to do an estimate. After 2 weeks of hearing nothing I called. I was told my service tech no longer worked there. I told the lady on the phone, "that's your problem not mine." So then I got a new service tech who repeatedly mislead me, missed deadlines, never retuned calls. What's more, I told him I had an aftermarket grill panel and was told that State Farm would only pay for Ford stock items. So I told him, I had the original chrome Ford grill out in my garage and they could use that one and I dropped it off. He asked if they should compare my old grill to the one they were ordering from a used parts house and I said NO. When I came to finally pick up my truck they had used the new used grill anyway. The cost was only $288, and since I had waited 6 weeks for my truck I just decided to take it anyway. Then a few days later I get a final estimate from State Farm and that $288 grill now cost $950!!!!!! Are you kidding me? It's plastic and I plan to remove it anyway and replace with the aftermarket grill. So State Farm is the one being ripped off. Maybe I should just let it go but it galls me that they would rip everyone off at the last minute. My final bill went up $2000! That is just criminal. I have no idea if a guy named Kenneth still owns the place but if he does, he must own a mansion and have membership at Kingwood Country Club with all the scammed money he has made. 1 star is the lowest and that is what Kenneth's gets.
