I have a sort of difficult issue and they use their knowledge to create new and different ways to get me back to my active self along with the proven methods. They help me to set reasonable short and long term goals, giving me something to see in the future and work for. Everyday they encourage and push me (never too far!) and help me reach my goals as I recover. When I am there, they work with me and correct me and guide me to doing more and more things that I couldn't do on my own even a week ago! Then they make sure I have things I can work on at home and make sure I know how to do them correctly. They listen to me, they follow the protocols set by my doctors, and they do so with compassion, knowledge, and truly care. The scheduling is super easy and they can usually get you in when you need to. Every therapist there is exceptional and I would trust them all to work with me or any of my family or friends. (They work together as a team, thus making patients care go seamlessly if a different therapist works on them, or is asked to help out.) Billing is not an issue and they communicate clearly and timely when you need a new referral or anything with your insurance or doctor. The therapists get information to your doctor in a clear, concise, and timely manner. If you have questions or concerns, they don't just hear you, but listen and address what they can or help you figure out how to address it. Again, I would highly recommend Peak! Every single person there is polite and helpful in any way they can be!

Most professional establishments have to stay on schedule so when you are checked in, thats that! If they call your name you can finish the paperwork in the room. Not this place. So I finally go to the back and if the paperwork is what you were waiting on to see me why did the nurse ask the same questions?? I get X-Rays still nobody comes to say hey we waiting or the dr is coming, so I waited another 29 minutes and walked out. All the nurses and doctors were laughing and talking in the hallway as I walked out. Then 10 minutes later I get a phone call to ask is everything ok, absolutely not i have waisted over an hour of time and hours from work to come to this dump. She says the dr was coming in, no ma'am he/she was not they were standing in the hallway at the desk laughing and talking. He could've called my name and said something but they didn't. The chick that called me ask do I want to reschedule absolutely the F not!! Why would I waste my precious time to sit in your office to figure out which time am i checked in if she supposedly done it the first!! GO TO THIS PLACE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!
