When it came time to ring us up the rings were all different prices. We asked why the exact same rings were different prices. The girl shrugged and said that a different vendor sets all that up. In conversation we said that was ridiculous to pay different prices for the exact same rings. The girl then told us she would be happy to take the rings back and we could look for something more in our price range. That was extremely rude. When we told her that she said it f we can't afford it we can exchange them. Mind you, they were already paid for. My other friend was going to buy a couple of hats and t-shirts. She changed her mind after the girl was so rude to us in front of other customers. The girl then started mocking my friend and started fake crying because she didn't want the items anymore. I stated that this was horrible customer service and the girl asked me if she needed to explain this all to me again since I didn't seem to understand. I really hope the manager sees this because from the girls attitude, I'm sure she does this all the time. She puts a bad name to Jackson Hole. We will never return to this store.

I worked in retail for 8 years... 2 young high school or college students were working here today. I was greeted by a quite hello and then just stared at. I gathered about 5 things to try on...after about 15 mins of holding my items one of the girls asked if I wanted a fitting room. While I was trying things on I really needed another size in a jacket and definitely would have purchased it however, no one came by to ask me about sizes, how I was doing etc. I went back to the rack with the jacket to see if they did in fact have the jacket in another size but had no luck. I think the customer service in this store, especially with the location needs a bit of work.

There were only one staff at this large but narrow store. This staff was an old white woman, wearing a whitish cowboy hat on this day. We crossed her twice, closely, when we entered and exited the store. The store has very narrow walkways, she looked at us with unfriendly face as to say; what the hell are you doing here. No greetings or a smile, just mean stares! The second time when we cross her again on the way out, she looked at us with side eyes again, seems annoyed. This was unfortunate and abnormal, as we have been to many other stores in town. Everyone was friendly, greeted us and tried to help. Do not go here unless you want to be treated with a bad attitude. Management, if you care, we were at this store on Aug 30, 2024, around 10:30am.

Sweaters are just less than $500. 100% cashmere sweaters. Some beautiful colors, but a bit pricey, then again they are fashion sweaters with the embroidered text on there.
