I was greeted initially, but quickly handed off to another associate who was not very friendly or helpful. The whole process felt rushed. When I was choosing ribbons, I went back and forth between a few options (as you do when customizing something), but I got the impression I was inconveniencing her. Not once did she offer suggestions or ask questions to help guide the design or get a sense of what I was going for. I ended up settling instead of creating something I really loved. After the ribbons were placed, I was immediately asked about adding branding, which in my past experiences is usually one of the final steps. It just added to the feeling that I was being hurried through rather than guided through a fun, personalized process. I will say that stuff was super pricey in here, but if it is mostly hand made by artists, I understand. I also live in an overpriced tourist city, so I understand the mark up.
