Well this last week I have sent in two sets of our clients in there ready to make big purchases.... Treated so poorly by the workers.... That I will never send any one in there again... just to home again and your workers... don't judge a book by its cover ... someone may come in to buy a table or just a small piece but if you treat them good they will be back with big purchases..... you have no idea who they are some have more money to spend than you even know.. you guys are making big mistakes... fire every employee u have and start over. I know as a business owner if they were my employees they would be done... People will surprise u if you treat everyone the same doesn't matter if they they buy a pillow , candle or and expensive piece people remember how they were treated and determines if they come back for a bigger piece, or lot of multiple big pieces.

Roger was very helpful and gave us a great deal. When the sectional was delivered the crew carefully set it up. After they left I noticed one of the back pieces was not stable. I took it back to Roger and he gave me a new piece off the floor model because he would have to send it back to the manufacturer for repair and would take weeks to get it back. We were so excited to get some furniture for our new apartment we were recommended to Odell's. The sales representative brad was nice and informative, and the team they sent out to set everything up was great. After inspecting the mattress we realized it was dirty with 5 stains. We called in and the manager explained to us that we bought a "close out" mattress as is. I wasn't happy because it was not explained to us that the mattress was essentially used, instead it was simply called a "close out mattress" I contacted the manager and he was reluctant but agreed upon paying for it to be cleaned. Thus the 4 stars. "Close out" buyer beware it means the floor model.

It was professionally packaged and promptly shipped. They have two storefronts next to each other with a lot of really awesome clothing, furnishings, and vintage jewelry. The two women working never once smiled or asked how we were doing. They acted like we were an inconvenience to them. Perhaps because we were on the river all day, and dressed in jeans and shorts, they didn't feel like we were taking their shop serious. Who knows.
