Deborah was absolutely wonderful! She greeted us the moment we walked in with such warmth and kindness. I asked her a few questions, and she not only answered them but also gave us tons of great advice on where to find the most scenic views in the area. The store itself is full of unique and cool gifts, truly something for everyone. We picked up some Idaho-made lotions, soaps, and beautiful coasters as gifts. Everything was high quality and thoughtfully curated. Thank you again, Deborah, for making our visit so memorable! -- T & J from Colorado

There is a huge selection of fun stuff that if I had more room in my carry on, I might have went hog wild. What didn't help was that I came here in November so there were Christmas things for sale already and I love good Christmas decorations. The store is also fairly large so you can roam and take a look at a lot of different things. There are also quite a few entrances/exits, which seemed odd for shoplifting reasons but I appreciated being able to walk out onto a different side of the street. I will say that stuff was super pricey in here, but if it is mostly hand made by artists, I understand. I also live in an overpriced tourist city, so I understand the mark up. I will say that I thought the staff was a bit aloof. Like they didn't care to answer any questions or make any conversation, or even say hello. That was fine. I like being left alone when I shop anyway. Aloof is fine but rudeness isn't. When we left one of the employees was super rude and slammed the door on us (someone else had left it open and she thought it was us so she said something and slammed the door) so that left a bad taste in my mouth but I will say this store is still pretty cute and I'd come back.

In November, Trail Creek transplanted 5 large blue spruce trees on our property at around 5,000 cost. This year as a result of strong winds 4 of the trees began to tilt and the 5th one was blown over to a 45 degree angle. We tried to contact Trail Creek to fix the issue but none of our calls or emails were responded to. We have since learned that it is standard practice to stake trees that size after transplanting.
