It was close quarters while a few employees inside working. I didn't feel comfortable enough to take pictures, but trust me it is beautiful. If you have the means, this seems like the perfect place to go. Especially if you are looking for a unique piece. I found multiple lamps that I would have gladly gotten for our home, but at price tags of $450+ a piece, that is honestly way over our budget. They were beautiful to look at though. Soft blankets, huge throw pillows, interesting rugs, you can find all that and more at Elevated Living. If you are in Jackson Hole, you should stop in and see it for yourself. However, recently I noticed the fitted sheet began to rip and disintegrate. Given the incredible price, I thought the store would back up their product. The sheets were used infrequently and washed with THEIR recommended product. To my dismay, they tried to tell me I had done something wrong ( dont you hate stores that do that?) and when I wouldnt have it, they suggested a 20% credit towards another sheet! Why would I buy another expensive sheet when the first one disintegrated on me???? I am so disappointed that Scandia Down did not make good on their merchandise... or at least try and make good in a real way. I told them I was dissatisfied and they just didnt care. Buy linen products somewhere else. I dont recommend doing business with a store that doesnt care.

When I asked her the price of an item, she did not get off her lazy backside to assist me as any person with any customer service skills would have done. Rather, she demanded brusquely for me to bring the item over to her so she could see the price. Not the first time either. These women are routinely rude and treat you like a trespasser in their shop. They do not deserve to be in business!
