Oxi Fresh is the best! It is enzyme-based and does the job! Our daughter stayed with her cat, and we had cat urine smells in two rooms. A technician came out and cleaned. It still had a cat urine smell, so I called the owner, Mike. He came out right away and spent extra time cleaning the cat urine. He eliminated that awful odor. He takes pride in his company and wants his customers to be happy. We have used his services on several different houses. He is reasonably priced, always punctual, efficient, and helpful. We have been 100% satisfied each time. The process is fast, so originally, I wondered if it would do the job.
