Mark and his crew came out, immediately and were able to save our carpets and everything else that was not destroyed in the initial flood. Day comes he takes a look at the carpet and he tells me if the certain cleaners work then he could potentially charge me less than what he originally quoted me. He gets the job done. The carpets look brand new. I realize that I forgot to have my movers reattach my trailer to the truck I am renting. This wonderful human being drives the truck and directs me on how to direct him and helps me get the trailer attached. He then proceeds to turn the truck and trailer around for me so I could just take off in the morning with no fuss. He was kind, professional and went way above.
