They explained what they were going to do so clearly as this is my first time dealing with something like this. They gave me a reasonable timeframe in which they would do the work. Then I realized that my kitchen would be cut off for that time and I asked it I could even still function as I live and work in my space. They were very willing to accommodate me in order to give me space to live/work. I'm thrilled with their work so far and I'm confident in the end results. This is the best work I've seen so far in regards to anything I've needed to have done on my home. Thank you all and especially Ben for being such a fantastic advocate during this odd time for me. I've felt very comfortable having them in my home.

But Mark and his team really shined when I was out of town and my townhouse flooded due to a plumbing issue. Mark and his crew came out, immediately and were able to save our carpets and everything else that was not destroyed in the initial flood. He went by daily while we were still out of town to check on the progress of the dry out and gave me a very accurate assessment of what would need to be done upon my return. I highly recommend Mark and Blue Sky Restoration.

I called VG, chatted with very personable Morgan. "Let's see what we can do," she said, and called back a few minutes later, "Adrian will be there this afternoon about 3." Adrian showed up about 2, analyzed the problem, returned a few minutes later with a new solenoid, and the zone was up and working. This town is famous for "oh, we'll put you on our waiting list, but it might be three or four weeks before we can get to you." So, service within about five hours is unheard of.
