Called the office and they said they'd find out more why it was a no show and call me back. An hour later I was told Cody was tied up and couldn't make it did I want to reschedule. I took the option offered to have him come that afternoon. I didn't care what time, just call when he was on his way. A no show again. No follow up calls since then to reschedule. They may do good work, but keeping their commitment to show up is not one of them.
