It was a very easy process to contact them, get a bid, and schedule a date for removal. The Team showed up when they said they would be here and began a plan for the removals. Before the work began the Team made sure they all had their "Safety" gear on and that is was working properly. That was very impressive. They worked as a skilled team on the removals and as well as the clean up (which never took them very long). I feel for the professional job preformed it was a very fair price. I was told that it is $90.00 an hour plus any parts. I said that we have not had any kind of estimate. If we think it is a small job and your technician finds it a much bigger job then we would not be able to pay, an estimate would be required before we would hire you for the job. She basically said, tough, that is the way we do it and our Tech is out a week and a half. I said, again, that is why we called 2 weeks ago. Very disappointing.
