I couldn't be happier with the final result - it looks beautiful. Work was completed in a very timely fashion, and the followup to make sure sprinklers were set up properly etc. has been strong. I would use him again in a heartbeat for a future project.

She's an incredibly talented designer who is dedicated to creating beautiful flowerbeds and containers, and her staff is among the hardest working in the valley. As we prepared for a home wedding in 2023, she went above and beyond to make sure no detail was missed (and that did not go unnoticed by our guests either!). As very happy clients, we are pleased to endorse Village Gardener to any prospective homeowner.

I called VG, chatted with very personable Morgan. "Let's see what we can do," she said, and called back a few minutes later, "Adrian will be there this afternoon about 3." Adrian showed up about 2, analyzed the problem, returned a few minutes later with a new solenoid, and the zone was up and working. This town is famous for "oh, we'll put you on our waiting list, but it might be three or four weeks before we can get to you." So, service within about five hours is unheard of. Three cheers for the Village Gardener. Five cheers for Adrian!

Ben helped me design the project, going beyond what I imagined. They started on time, finished on time and were flexible as we made some real-time adjustments. They are hands down, the best service oriented company I have worked with. We love the result and enjoyed the experience.

Please note: I was forced to give a star review of 1 because a negative 5 wasn't an option…read more Be advised that as a business owner, it is inappropriate to be abrupt with the community members who try to find resolution to unexpected hiccups. Yesterday, I was parked at the Target parking lot in Jackson, Wy with my windows down for my Husky who came to town with my girlfriends & I. #southparklandscapers were there managing the accumulation of dust & gravel from the winter, blowing it DIRECTLY at parked vehicles, to which I noticed Our vehicle being COVERED in a layer that unnecessarily created a situation I tried to address with Grace... not my forte. Whilst Ryan, wanted "the problem" to go away, he gave me $20 for a wash as I was frantic & wanted to just leave, being so aggravated. Here's the thing, yes, I am Grateful for the car wash, but I did not realize until after we left, the layer of dust that inundated my beautiful Husky as well as the every thing in the interior. My girlfriends & later my husband all commented about Our pooch trying to avoid what was being blown at him & the interior being coated. He called #southparklandscapers to which Ryan rudely told him "I was happy" with the payoff... Ummm, NO! Not happy, just trying to not be inappropriate with my behavior & feel that businesses need to realize how their actions reflect who they are. Today, I called to calmly inquire about the situation & was childishly hung up on.... Here's the thing, I will clean the interior of the truck myself, although I am recovering from a procedure... I am sharing to ask kindly for awareness about the businesses you spend your hard earned money with. We ALL need understanding...yes, businesses need the service however, there is a thing called common sense & courtesy or is that not reasonable? Ryan claimed to be in the middle, his two employees were certainly negligent, knowing they were purposely blowing dirt & gravel at parked vehicles continued down the parking lot doing the same thing when asked to stop at least once by me. "Ryan"...the guy in charge, shame on you for dismissing an opportunity to resolve the frustration just by hearing the concern, knowing it IS your responsibility & writing off the business expense, without trying to defend the poor behavior. If your vehicle was covered yesterday at Target, now you know. Have fun with Ryan... maybe you'll see for yourselves the integrity of professionalism he has.

Our experience was nothing short of oversoaked rugs and pillows, to the point of expensive pillow shams being completely ruined from water stains. When the owner showed up to see the damage, he casually said that he would fully pay for replacement pillow covers. Because we are only seasonal residents, and the botched job took place just before we left for eight months, we weren't able to get replacements made until the following season. When presented with the bill, Brice claimed that too much time had elapsed and he wouldn't pay for the replacement. Why would that matter given he witnessed the ruined pillows four months earlier? This business cannot be trusted to perform work on fine fabrics and rugs, nor trusted to honor a commitment to pay for fabric ruined by employees.
