I called VG, chatted with very personable Morgan. "Let's see what we can do," she said, and called back a few minutes later, "Adrian will be there this afternoon about 3." Adrian showed up about 2, analyzed the problem, returned a few minutes later with a new solenoid, and the zone was up and working. This town is famous for "oh, we'll put you on our waiting list, but it might be three or four weeks before we can get to you." So, service within about five hours is unheard of.
