Whilst Ryan, wanted "the problem" to go away, he gave me $20 for a wash as I was frantic & wanted to just leave, being so aggravated. Here's the thing, yes, I am Grateful for the car wash, but I did not realize until after we left, the layer of dust that inundated my beautiful Husky as well as the every thing in the interior. My girlfriends & later my husband all commented about Our pooch trying to avoid what was being blown at him & the interior being coated. He called #southparklandscapers to which Ryan rudely told him "I was happy" with the payoff... Ummm, NO! Not happy, just trying to not be inappropriate with my behavior & feel that businesses need to realize how their actions reflect who they are. Today, I called to calmly inquire about the situation & was childishly hung up on.... Here's the thing, I will clean the interior of the truck myself, although I am recovering from a procedure... I am sharing to ask kindly for awareness about the businesses you spend your hard earned money with. We ALL need understanding...yes, businesses need the service however, there is a thing called common sense & courtesy or is that not reasonable? Ryan claimed to be in the middle, his two employees were certainly negligent, knowing they were purposely blowing dirt & gravel at parked vehicles continued down the parking lot doing the same thing when asked to stop at least once by me. "Ryan"...the guy in charge, shame on you for dismissing an opportunity to resolve the frustration just by hearing the concern, knowing it IS your responsibility & writing off the business expense, without trying to defend the poor behavior. Then I realized that my kitchen would be cut off for that time and I asked it I could even still function as I live and work in my space. They were very willing to accommodate me in order to give me space to live/work. I'm thrilled with their work so far and I'm confident in the end results. But Mark and his team really shined when I was out of town and my townhouse flooded due to a plumbing issue. Mark and his crew came out, immediately and were able to save our carpets and everything else that was not destroyed in the initial flood. Our experience was nothing short of oversoaked rugs and pillows, to the point of expensive pillow shams being completely ruined from water stains. When the owner showed up to see the damage, he casually said that he would fully pay for replacement pillow covers. Because we are only seasonal residents, and the botched job took place just before we left for eight months, we weren't able to get replacements made until the following season. When presented with the bill, Brice claimed that too much time had elapsed and he wouldn't pay for the replacement. Why would that matter given he witnessed the ruined pillows four months earlier? This business cannot be trusted to perform work on fine fabrics and rugs, nor trusted to honor a commitment to pay for fabric ruined by employees.
