When presented with the bill, Brice claimed that too much time had elapsed and he wouldn't pay for the replacement. Why would that matter given he witnessed the ruined pillows four months earlier? This business cannot be trusted to perform work on fine fabrics and rugs, nor trusted to honor a commitment to pay for fabric ruined by employees.

He also charged me for 10 hours of labor to install a ceiling fan that he never even got working (at $195/hour). On top of that, I had paid ~80% of the estimate by the time he had only completed about a quarter of the work so I lost a few thousand dollars when I switched to a more competent electrician.
