I have never had such spontaneous amazing service. I received a call from my housekeeper at 3:00 PM who was shampooing all of the carpets in my home. He said there was a huge leak in my basement and there was water everywhere. I ran home and it was a mess. He had cleaned up what he could but all of the drywall was wet and it was in several-places in the basement and my Master Bedroom. I called Option One and they were here by 5:30. They identified the problem within5 minutes and it was in my master closet. He asked me to take the clothe out and there was a hole in the wall where a pipe had broken. He called the owner Jon and got a bid within 15 minutes and told me he could fix it tonight. They brought 2 more gentleman over and the four of them cut drywall, and trim replaced the pipe and found some other issues with my mechanical room. They worked for almost 3 hours and will be putting a bid together for the other problems. They were professional, clean, respectful and very funny. I would recommend them to anyone. This is an outstanding group of professionals. About a month ago I called them on a Saturday afternoon and within an hour Steven sent me a text that he was enroute. He helped me fix a nascent leak and showed me how to reset my hot water heater. He let me know what he thought the problems with pressurization might be which could have caused the initial leak and gave me some ideas and estimates about what that would entail if it became a persistent problem. No charge. I called them back this week when the leak and reset emerged as problems once again. This time Alex was able to meet me and soon provided information on all possible solutions along with pricing. This helped me make the best decision and then he expertly and efficiently set to work installing the necessary pressure relieving system and a new thermostat on my existing water heater. He also noticed and repaired things he found along the way like gaskets at no charge. His pride of workmanship was evident. The whole operation from dispatch to payment is tight and professional. Roy Barnard and Trace Clutter just installed a new water heater in my home. If you're looking for good old fashioned work ethic at a fair price, this is it. Anyone who lives here knows it can sometimes feel like you're at the mercy of whatever service provider can squeeze you in between large projects. I'm a regular person who works two part time jobs, and believe me, these guys were great. I had to wait to schedule a bit, but it was well worth it. Put down mats, wore boot covers, were polite and professional. I had good contacts with several outfits, they seem pretty good at referring each other. Alex came out to install 2 new toilets and change the cartridge on my kitchen faucet handle, the cartridge was the easy part. Unfortunately the flange under the old toilet was not quit right. He worked diligently to rectify the situation. The new toilet was to long for my second bathroom and he made the calls to try and locate a round bowl toilet in stock. Terrific company! Our basement flooded and they came out and pumped us out, and stayed in constant communication with us to get our well, water heaters, pressure tank, etc. back online. They made great suggestions on how to upgrade our service with piping changes and placements which they implemented in the restoration of our mechanical room.
