This company is proving to be professional, reasonably priced and responsive. We've had a number of items on our to do list for a while and have had trouble getting people who could take care of them. Option One got to them all - with no drama (no reasons why they couldn't do it, or why they couldn't come, or why they didn't show up). Our experience so far? They. Just. Get. It. Done. Right. Jackson needs a company like this. They've got a customer for life if they maintain their current course!

Ours was not an emergency but professional courtesy of respecting other people's time if you tell them a certain window, notify them that you may not be able to make it. I said I thought there was lime build up and the elements might need replacing. He hit the reset button and left. and left. Problem continued so I called back. 10 days later he showed up and cleaned the elements. Problem persisted. I called back. They told me to replace the thermostats. Said they could do it but iw would be at least two more weeks before they could get to me. I figured out how to do that myself and did it. Problem persisted. A month later and I still don't have reliable hot water. These guys are a joke. Go elsewhere.
