When presented with the bill, Brice claimed that too much time had elapsed and he wouldn't pay for the replacement. Why would that matter given he witnessed the ruined pillows four months earlier? This business cannot be trusted to perform work on fine fabrics and rugs, nor trusted to honor a commitment to pay for fabric ruined by employees.
