She was able to also assist my friend in choosing a better appetizer. I love the bigger variety of drink options, from alcohol to boba milk teas. The curly noodles in the Tonkotsu Ramen was awesome, and the meat's so soft and delicious. My only qualm is that the broth to noodles ratio is a little off; too much broth and it's more watery than other broths I've tasted. We came at open so that means no one checked to make sure that all items were ready for customers prior to open. Also there was some type of ventilation issue. The smoke from the hibachi lingered and there air in the restaurant was kind of "stale". We also had to ask for little things that should have been standard (ice with our drinks, napkins, etc) and waited a long time to close put out ticket. I think it just depends on the server and chef that you get. The table across from us had great service with no issues from the looks of it. Not sure if I'd call this the best hibachi in DFW. It's a step up from Benihana in terms of quality but I wouldn't go out of my way to try it out.
