We came here for my birthday. The menu had a good amount of selection, and we had great service. Loved their Oyshi poke bowl. My daughter had the noodles with shrimp, and the flavoring was good. The shrimp sushi was good. I didn't try the oyster fried balls but was told those were good as well. I was pleasantly surprised when the waitress brought out a chocolate cheese cake with a candle for me.

They have really good food and the lunch specials are really good deals! The service depends on who's working and what time you go because one time I came late at night and I think the girls weren't really as aware as they were cleaning and getting ready to close. I've been here a few different times though and each time has usually been satisfactory! The ambiance is true to the culture. Highly recommend!

Spicy Edamame and Crab Rangoon

Came for dinner with a friend on Tuesday and it was soo good. She had been there before, I hadn't, and I'll definitely be back again! Inside they had a great playlist going and the booths are nice and comfy. The waitress was really nice as well. The food is what really takes the cake though! The spicy edamame was really good with a nice spicy sauce, the crab rangoons were just okay. I think the sauce for those was a bit too sweet and there wasn't enough filling inside the rangoons, but still good. All the sushi was delicioussss. It was hard to pick between all the rolls but the 3 we landed on were perfect. We didn't realize it'd come with so many but we basically finished it. 10/10 recommend Oyshi!

I wish they had delivery, but we got it through DoorDash. The crab rangoons weren't my favorite. But the side of noodles and side of fried rice made up for it! Most bang for your buck there- the rice is simple but great, and the noodles are sweet sticky deliciousness! The tuna fantastic roll is absolutely the best item on the menu. And the rainbow roll was incredible, I think those two are my go to's from now on My husband got the alligator and the spider roll, and loved them both. But his favorite was the spider roll! Everything packaged nice and clean, and the food was hot when we got it! I only wish they offered delivery through them, as DoorDash is crazy with fees. Not their fault though! We love Oyshi :)

Pros: - The customer service was amazing! They had a k-pop (Twice) event going on when we went, so there different activities you can do as well as some freebies you can get. Our waiter was super sweet and accommodating to us while absolutely slaying the the twice dances. - Our food came out relatively quick and was reasonably priced. We enjoyed pretty much every dish we ordered! Cons: - I would say the only thing that I didn't necessarily enjoy was the eel and cucumber roll. I had originally decided to order just the plain eel (no cucumber or avocado) roll but decided to do the eel and cucumber roll; which was a mistake for someone who hates cucumber . There were so much cucumber in the roll, way more than the eel. My friend and I agreed that there was way too much cucumber in it for it to be enjoyed. (it was basically a cucumber roll with a silver of eel) Other than the large amount of cucumber, we really enjoyed the customer service, atmosphere, and food!

Very yummy sushi! The service was a little slow, but polite nonetheless. We brought family from VT here and they loved it.

Great food, fast service! We were looking for a new sushi place with an option for 'cooked' sushi and they didn't disappoint.

I have a gluten allergy and they were so amazing with accommodating! I called ahead of time to ask…read moreif they had anything I could have, I assumed I would just be eating meat with steamed rice but was pleasantly surprised to learn they have gluten free soy sauce and were able to make the fried rice with the lunch hibachi special. I ordered it with the chicken and just requested that they didn't do the teriyaki (since it was not gluten free) and just had them cook it normally and it was delicious. I will say that the soup and salad that you get at the beginning of the meal required some modifications. No dressing on the salad (it contained gluten) along with the soup being changed to just broth because the miso came with noodles in it. Overall the staff was so kind and patient with my questions and needs.

We've been looking for a good Hibachi/Teppanyaki place and we stumbled upon Asahi's Yelp page…read more Decided to give it a try, and glad we did. Went on a Saturday, early afternoon. Just after 1. We had the pleasure of being to only ones seated at the grill, so got a private cooking. We ordered off the lunch menu. I got the NY Strip and Shrimp, my wife got the Teriyaki chicken. Both upgraded to fried rice. The cook was friendly and cooked the food to our liking. We also got the tempura shrimp and veggies appetizer, along with a caterpillar roll. LOTS of food for the two of us. Price is reasonable and staff were all friendly. We will happily return!

My wife and I joined a group of ten for an awesome hibachi birthday dinner for a friend here…read morerecently. It was a Thursday evening, so it wasn't crowded at all. We were seated promptly and our drink orders were taken and delivered soon thereafter. Next up was soup and salad. The soup was simple but delicious, and the salad was crisp and fresh, with a sweet and tangy dressing that was a nice followup in anticipation for the main course. If you've been to a hibachi restaurant, you know that there's basically two parts: the show, and the food. It's not often that both of these parts are excellent, but Masu Sushi delivered on both. Our chef was a great showman, with some new tricks I hadn't seen before. His pacing was great, delivering the rice, vegetables, and meats in a nice cadence that kept us from getting too hungry, but yet, not too stuffed as we waited for the meats. The ingredients were all great - I opted for steak and shrimp, with the former being a perfect medium rare as requested, and the latter were large, firm, fresh shrimp with enough seasoning to bring the flavor, but not too much that they were salty or just tasting like the seasoning. Bottom line, we had a great meal that never felt rushed or too slow, and we had plenty of leftovers for the next day, which is important considering how much eating out costs these days. I highly recommend Masu Sushi for your next get together!

Fresh sushi!! The service is super attentive and clean inside! We got a sapporo sake bomb combo…read more($11) and it can come either cold or hot. We did the cold option and the sake was super smooth. I got the regular spicy salmon roll ($10) and yellowtail roll($8). Both were really fresh and had big amounts of fish in each bite. They had hibachi, bento boxes, and other selections of wine/beer I'd love to try. Super affordable in the ktown area
