I asked her why she thinks they have a termite problem and she answered that she'd seen what appeared to be mounds of wood shavings around the house...the same symptoms her neighbor who just had termite treatment told her about. She also saw quite a few ants she wants to eliminate. I looked at Yelp and provided her with 3 to 4 highly rated termite and pest control companies. She also received a couple of recommendations from her neighbor. After doing her due diligence, she chose Guardian because Nick gave her a very competitive quote which not only covered the treatment but also included carpentry services and materials to replace and paint severely damaged wooden structures outside the house, the wooden patio cover being the most significant. Additionally, I convinced my mom to ask Nick to also replace an aging, unsafe, dilapidated wooden stairs that led up to an elevated part of the backyard. Pretty much all the other quotes were for termite treatment only with an add-on from a third party carpenter for the overhead patio cover. Guardian possessed the skill and experience to do both...makes sense too since termites damage the wood, why not TREAT to eliminate termites and then RESTORE the house by replacing damaged wooden structures. It just seems obvious! Once an agreement was reached, Nick and his crew proceeded to work on treating the house, placing bait stations, as well as replacing damaged wooden structures, to include the patio cover and stairs. Additionally, Nick also sprayed for ants, spiders, and other insects inside the house as a courtesy to my parents. They also hauled off lumber my mom and dad were keeping for "future projects"...which apparently just became additional fodder for ground termites. Professional, courteous and efficient, the crew got the job done in quick fashion and restored my parents' backyard into a termite-free zone with the added benefit of safety provided by a well made, anchored stairs for my parents to use. About the only complaint was from my parents' neighbor...who complained that all the insects went to their yard! My mom was totally pleased with their work and I am thankful to them for ensuring my parents were treated well, with honesty, fairness, respect and kindness. Thank you!

I was picking up my mail at the post office and this gentleman who I assume works for Adrian exterminating shouted into/through my passenger side window and said "hurry your ass up and move" . I continued driving out of the parking lot from the post office.. He then proceeded to get into his truck with the logos of Adrian's exterminating exact same logo as on Yelp. I guess shouting at me wasn't enough for this guy...he then caught up to me driving and flipped me off with his middle finger out of his driver side window before getting on the freeway!! SERIOUSLY FOR NO REASON AT ALL! I would never want to bring this guy into my house to do any work for me!!Crazy. I would stay away from anyone with that type of temperament/ attitude. I had a mouse issue in my kitchen, and when Dewey came out before for squirrel issues in the attic, it was never a problem for them to access my apartment when I wasn't home. I would leave a key or arrange for someone to let them in, and it was always handled smoothly. Today, however, things were very different. I had to take my dog to the vet unexpectedly, so I called Dewey to ask if I could leave the door open for them. The first person I spoke to quickly said, "Yes, of course, no problem," which was a relief given the situation. But later, I got a message saying they had missed me, which caught me off guard. When I called back to clarify, I was put on hold, hung up on, and then had to speak with a different representative, who told me I had to be present--something that had never been an issue before. It was frustrating, especially since I was dealing with my sick dog and feeling exhausted. On top of that, I've already had ongoing issues with my property management, who should have addressed this mouse problem months ago when I first reported it. After escalating to a manager, they finally agreed to service the apartment without me there, but it took more back-and-forth than expected. Overall, I just wish the communication had been clearer from the start, as this added stress could have been avoided, I have neighbors that have keys or could have opened the door but in my jumbled state of mind I didn't think about it.

They have completed NO service attached to this charge. I do not typically approve auto renewal, they said I did. My mistake. A simple heads up notification that a renewal was coming up would have helped, because I was unaware that I had okayed auto renewal every year. This was an expensive mistake. I hope you can avoid making it too. Note: I spoke with a service rep called Shad. He was patient and very calm given how irritated I was. Unfortunately, he could do nothing about the charge.
