I had a great experience with Rodent Professor. I received multiple quotes from other companies--some of which were honestly ridiculous--but Rodent Professor was by far the most reasonable. They listened to my concerns, respected my budget, and worked with me to prioritize the necessary work. They thoroughly cleaned, sealed, and sanitized my storage area, which was especially important to me because I store many of my son's large toys there. They also identified a few other potential problem areas around my home and provided helpful recommendations without pressuring me to spend more than I was comfortable with. Joe and Diego were honest, professional, accommodating, and thorough. I'm very happy with the service and would absolutely recommend Rodent Professor! read more

I had a great experience with Rodent Professor. Joe came out incredibly quickly on a late Saturday night--within about 30 minutes--to remove a dead rat from inside my townhouse. Afterward, he took the time to walk through my home, point out areas where he saw signs of rodent activity, and identify spots that could be vulnerable to rats getting inside. Even though he came out late on a Saturday, he immediately helped arrange interior exclusion work for Monday. Joe and Diego's team returned and were fast, efficient, and thorough. They installed mesh and sealed small openings behind the washing machine, around pipes, under cabinets, and in other areas where rodents could potentially enter. I really appreciated how responsive, professional, and reassuring they were during a stressful situation. Joe explained what he was seeing, answered my questions, and helped get the problem addressed very quickly. I would definitely recommend them for rodent removal and exclusion work. read more

**STOP SCROLLING!** If you need help with rodents, call **Rodent Professor**. I scheduled an inspection through Yelp and was impressed from the start. They came out on a Friday, completed a very thorough inspection, and provided a detailed report with a fair estimate the same day. The work was scheduled just two days later on Sunday. Joey and his two-person crew did an outstanding job. They found and sealed all the areas where those sneaky rodents were getting into the roof, attic, garage, and under the house. They were incredibly thorough, professional, and genuinely nice to work with. They also took before-and-after photos of everything they repaired, which gave me complete confidence in the quality of the work. The price was very reasonable for everything they accomplished. I couldn't be happier with the service. Thank you, Joey, and the entire crew! Joey, if your boss is reading this--you deserve a big raise! read more

Joe was amazing...he came to our place at 10pm at night to help us out with a mouse in our place. He was very professional, quick to respond, knowledgeable and very courteous. We had called multiple places read more

The rodent professor was extremely prompt, responsive, and helpful. After calling my own bug exterminator company, I learned that they don't have anyone on staff that has the same expertise as the rodent professor, which is why I reached out. I spoke with Joe on their team who helped me with everything and I am super grateful. read more

Joseph was terrific. Arrived quickly and did an honest assessment. I was pretty confident that a single rat had gotten into my garage. We had already trapped the rat and gotten it out before I reached out about sanitizing and preventing future entries. Every other company I spoke with tried to upsell me by telling me I had an infestation before even looking at the space. Joseph quickly confirmed my suspicions about it being just one rat and gave me advice on how to proceed. He was honest, and never tried to upsell me on anything, which quickly earned my trust. He told me the least he would do in my situation and the most I *could* do given the services the company offers. He put the choice in my hands but was very honest about what was *needed* and what was just to be safe, or for future prevention. When all other companies tried to scare me into spending literally thousands of dollars over just one rat, only Joseph and Rodent Professors gave it to me straight. That trust goes a long way! read more

Joe was great. He just came to see about the situation of my house. Super efficient, knowledgeable. Nice guy. Seemed trustworthy.

Joseph was extremely professional and helpful at getting rid of our mice from under the house

My parents had a problem at their home and we did not realize it until my dad passed. Joseph came out and did an inspection and throughly explained the fix and issue. We were very impressed with him. Moesha helped with scheduling and deposit and made everything easy. Today a big crew showed up, Joseph, David, Carlos, Miguel, Dimitriy, Peter and John. They each took pictures and documented what they were fixing. Joseph will be back in a couple of days to make sure everyone has left. So thankful we found you guys. read more

We called Rodent Professor for rats in our uninsulated attic. Kunzul was super helpful on the phone. I was worried about the antiseptic fog with our bird, and unlike other places I called she actually knew that pine oil could be toxic for the bird and assured me they could use vinegar instead. Joseph came out to do an estimate. He's very honest and frank about what needs to be done. I appreciated how much time he spent explaining the process to me. Joseph sent Diego and Juan to close up holes and set traps. They spent a lot of time putting grating in our attic vents and climbing under the house sealing holes. I was unhappy about the way the vents looked, but Joseph came over and had them redone to look a lot better. In the end the traps and seals caught the rodents and we haven't any trouble. Definitely gave us a better price than others as well. read more

It was a really urgent situation. There were visible signs of rodent and droppings and it smelled! We've had a few exterminator companies come out, but the work was not complete or satisfactory. Rodent Professor had glowing reviews, at a good price, so decided to go with them once and for all. From the moment I spoke with Kunzul, I provided the situation, and she was very professional and explained the process and the work involved to rid us of these rodents. Additionally, she went so far as to constantly confirm every detail as I had a lot of questions given the previous experiences with other companies. I decided to go with Rodent Professor given the experience and professionalism. We were able to schedule the work the next day. Joseph came out with Diego and the crew. It was a difficult situation with issues in multiple areas, but he handled it all very well. With the emotional nature of having rodents, he was able to keep calm and handle all the personalities. They assessed the areas, and Joseph gave assurance with confidence they would take care of the situation. There was even a last-minute request to change some of the scope of the work. Although we threw him curve balls, he managed to work with the office and crew to quickly pivot and address all the client's requests and needs. I must say they are very willing and able to work with customers in difficult situations. They addressed the issues thoroughly. Their work and warranty as well as the fact they are always available and following up confirmed I made the right choice. You will not go wrong with Rodent Professor. I would highly recommend them! Extra special thanks to Kunzul, Joseph, and Diego for being great to work with! read more

Joseph came out to our house and was super professional, very punctual, and knowledgeable about his craft. He was thorough, listened to our concerns, and checked everything out for us (He even got into our small awkward crawl space!). We wanted to be proactive about pest control since we have a ton in this neighborhood and Joseph gave us a bunch of tips and things to look for! Thanks, Joseph! read more

Joseph came out to give us an inspection and estimate - he was really thorough, took the time to explain what might be happening and gave an instant estimate. With me neighbor having an incredible experience with Rodent Professor the week before, it was a quick sale for me. Joseph was even able to get us schedule the next day which was amazing. Diego, Victor, and Joseph showed up the next day exactly as promised to get an early start. Again, the team was super thorough sealing up holes and calling attention to items I should further check out with my trees. The team was also incredibly friendly and kind as they went through their process. Lastly, Kunzul was really helpful with all payment and scheduling information. Overall, I highly recommend Rodent Professor! read more

Grateful to Joseph and his team Diego Manuel and Victor for their work at our home. From the moment Joseph did the inspection, he was so thorough and knowledgeable, and not stressful!
