The staff is so kind and informative. They let you know if there were any concerns with your pets behavior or eating habits. They are super accommodating and allow you to bring your pets favorite toy or treats and even their bed for boarding. They keep detailed notes and ensure they understand what your pets needs are and how to care for them . They even administer meds for your pet. They have surveillance and you can watch you pet play during the day using the odoggy app. You only have access to the cameras at night if your pet is staying in a VIP room. They have treat options like hot dogs and ice cream and grooming options for your pet during their stay. My favorite time is when I pick my pup up and she is so happy to see me and the staff provides a picture and/ or report card of how her stay went. Nice size parking lot and right off the highway for pet parents.., little shop inside for last minute needs, they also have indoor and outdoor areas for the pups and a puppy pool. Prices are going up a few dollars in September but currently a small room is $53 per night.. I believe VIP is $75 per night but is a larger room with a TV and camera access for pet parents. They do have a fees for late pickups and different things so just keep in mind because that can add up quickly. All in all my pups loves this place and sleeps for two days after all the playing she does while here. This will continue to be my go to. Even with the pending price increase, they are right in line with similar boarding facilities in the area

Marci is by far hands down an Angel! She is the only person I trust to come into my home to care…read morefor my 2 cats while I'm not there! I wouldn't even ask my friends to come into care for my pets! My senior cat always runs and hides ( she has always been a scaredy-cat ) But for the other cat, Marci is the highlight of her day ;) I've been using Marci and her staff/service for about 6-7 years I believe. She is accommodating in every way. No matter if I'm planning a vacation out of state or have a last minute emergency, I can count on her to check I on my Fur Babies! She is very loving towards my cats and treats them like her own...as expected...and I always get updates with pictures, which is an added bonus!! Who wouldn't want a picture of your pet while you are away! On extended visits away, she is nice enough to get the mail, water the plants and check the house for any break ins or if something is out of place. I have not met a more professional ,compassionate, knowledgeable person with such a big heart for animals and their owners! Thank you Marci and staff for everything!!!!

We use their doggie day care 1-3x week and have also used for minor grooming like baths and nail trims. We also get our pet food from them along with a number of toys and treats. She doesn't carry anything she wouldn't give to her own pups, and many toys have tested in DDC. My dog loves it so much that he sits by the garage door every morning hoping its a DDC day!

Felt so welcome and front desk staff were cheerful and bright. We checked out dog in at location on Alafaya and we met Riley and what a great young staff. He checked our dog in effortlessly (checked our vaccination, meet and greet as well as informed us to download the apps so we can see our puppy on the webcam). Our first dog day care is free after meet and greet. Our puppy was nervous at first but she loves it. We decided to treat our puppy for a spa. The spa package was very reasonable. She got a bath, nail trim, teeth clean and few other services. She smells so fresh and her nails all trimmed. In addition, it was fun to see our puppy on the webcam while we are not with her. I would take our puppy back again for sure. Thank you Dogtopia. Lien

My dog is a Pocket Bully, calm, timid, well-socialized, and friendly with other dogs. Absolutely unacceptable and borderline predatory pricing…read more Charging $120+ for just 10ml of Vetsulin is nothing short of daylight robbery. I called multiple veterinarians in the area, and the average price was $65-$70 for the exact same medication. With the new Florida law requiring a monthly physical prescription, getting medications through services like Chewy now means mailing paperwork every single month--an obvious inconvenience for pet owners. This clinic is fully aware of how difficult and time-consuming this process has become and appears to be taking advantage of it by dramatically inflating prices. This feels less like caring for animals and more like exploiting owners who are stuck with fewer options. Completely unethical behavior. I will no longer be bringing my two dogs here and strongly advise others to shop around before overpaying at this clinic.

TL;DR-- friendly and helpful staff, clean environment…read more We've been bringing our cat here for the past couple years, and just started bringing our puppy in about a month ago. We've always had good experiences with the staff and with both vets and vet techs. They've always been very helpful and willing to answer all of our questions and address any concerns as well as provide suggestions upon request. They've also been very helpful any times that we've called up with questions (which was helpful in avoiding to have to come in for a visit) I appreciate that we have to option to check in at the front desk and then wait in the car until the exam room is ready for us, rather than wait in the small waiting area with other pets and pet owners. Honestly, the only reservations that we've ever had is that some visits have been a bit more expensive than expected, particularly when we've had to come in for vaccinations every 3 weeks for the puppy and have to pay the exam fee each time. That being said, they did at least turn each of those visits into opportunities to answer questions and make sure everything has been going well-- but I would like the option to just bring him in for his shots and then head home without paying that extra fee each time. But even this won't be an issue once he's had all his shots.
