Kahar didn't measure the rough door opening correctly so he couldn't put up the metal bifold door. So instead of him fixing the problem or even admitting that he made a mistake, he try to have me purchase an accordion door as a replacement. Bare in mind, he never said that this was the reason why he was pressuring to get an accordion door instead, which I refused because they are cheap! He said that if I had purchased a wood bifold door that he could have trimmed the door to make it fit, which was a complete lie! I told him that I would order a wood bifold door and have my boyfriend put it up. Kahar/Ken did refund me $50 since he didn't put up the door. Once I received the wood bifold door I realized that the rough opening measurements were completely wrong, which is why he couldn't put up the metal door. The rough door opening wasn't even wide enough or tall enough for an 18x80 door. The rough opening was 17.25" wide at the top and 17.75" towards the bottom of the opening and the height was 78"!! I texted Kahar (Ken) on Saturday, November 1st as well as emailed him to let him know that the door could not be installed because he created the opening too small. I let him know that this needed to be corrected since he was paid to create an opening for a 18x80 bifold door. If not, then I wanted 25% of my money returned so I can hire someone to fix his mistake. He responded and said let me look into my schedule! I never heard from the guy again! I texted him Jan 22 and of course, no response. I had to hire someone else to go fix his careless mistake!! I did notice that some of his Google reviews are from himself! I regret using Kahar/Ken especially since I purchased $200 in supplies and there was nothing left over except for a box of nails, which I don't believe. There should have been plaster, drywall and at least some wood left over. When I questioned him, he got snippy but never did say where the leftover supplies were. I would definitely not hire All Home Improvement or the name in my estimate, All Lake Nona Handyman again! .

They did not require pre-payment of the food, which surprised me, they said they wanted to make sure that the quality was what it was supposed to be before they sold it to me. As a business owner myself that's a great, customer forward, policy (that puts the business owner at risk of people ordering food and then not paying for it and not picking it up.) They do offer delivery and their delivery area is quite wide. I live about 25 minutes away from this location and the owner had stated that they would still deliver to me. I chose to pick up because I I don't mind the car ride. The owner is quite knowledgeable and even offered some options if this current food does not work for my dog who seems to be allergic to just about everything on the face of the earth. This shop also has a money back guarantee, as long as you have the original packaging and it's at least half full of the food. (I personally would not do that because I just don't feel right. It's not their fault if my dog doesn't or does like food however it is a great policy which I'm sure some people do use.) I would definitely recommend the shop for your pet food needs.
