First of all the price is great in my opinion. Their facility has plenty of play space and the livery room we got was large. We always want, maybe even need, to be able to check in on them. While on past stays we would look and find them pacing and awooing all night. Something about this place made them zen. They looked out the windows, climbed and snuggled in their bed. We signed up for both of them to get a bath before pick up but due to some error with their system only our little guy got his, which was sad because if we had to pick we would have picked her. For our two dogs it was $115 a day for the luxury suite. When we arrived to pick them up we expected our Dachshund to scream like he does when we come home and our Auggie to go crazy and we were so disappointed when they came up to us like okay cool, summer camp is over? Not one cry or bark, no jumping or crazy tail wags. Next time we hope to board them for training. Our dogs would have required 3 weeks and that just didn't work for us right now.

We've always had good experiences with the staff and with both vets and vet techs. They've always been very helpful and willing to answer all of our questions and address any concerns as well as provide suggestions upon request. They've also been very helpful any times that we've called up with questions (which was helpful in avoiding to have to come in for a visit) I appreciate that we have to option to check in at the front desk and then wait in the car until the exam room is ready for us, rather than wait in the small waiting area with other pets and pet owners. Honestly, the only reservations that we've ever had is that some visits have been a bit more expensive than expected, particularly when we've had to come in for vaccinations every 3 weeks for the puppy and have to pay the exam fee each time. That being said, they did at least turn each of those visits into opportunities to answer questions and make sure everything has been going well-- but I would like the option to just bring him in for his shots and then head home without paying that extra fee each time. But even this won't be an issue once he's had all his shots.

My cats had no problems getting settled on their first day, but one of my cats decided that she wasn't too fond of playtime and became stressed, sitting atop their condos and not allowing the staff to get her down. While this was happening, I was on a plane and had no access to my phone. The staff tried to calm my cat down and try to get her back in her condo. Unfortunately, she was stressed and didn't take kindly to being boarded even after being boarded before. The staff kept in constant contact with me, letting me know how my precious cat was doing and if she had come down. In the end, we had to have the cats picked up by their emergency contact and had to cut their stay short. With that being said, the care Miss Emily's staff had toward my cats (even while one was hissing up a storm) made me want to write this review, knowing that your pets are in good hands, even when things don't go according to plan. I would recommend Miss Emily's to anyone who needs to board their pet in Orlando, dog or cat, as they truly have your pet's needs in mind.

And they have attended their doggy daycare which they love!! I love how personable the staff is and they know me by name, just by saying "I'm Meeko and Myla's mom". Every time our dogs go there I know they are well taken care of and loved. I will say it's pricey, but we also book the most expensive packages which includes picture updates, extra individual playtime and group play and we put them in the luxury suite which comes with a raised bed and a TV. May sound silly to give them all that, but I want my dogs to feel as comfortable as possible while we are away. What I also love is that they're super responsive via text. If I need to quickly book an appointment, I can text them and they get it all set up for me, and if I have any questions, again I can send a quick text and they almost always respond immediately. They also follow care instructions for your pup perfectly. Our dogs are on farmers dog food which have very specific feeding instructions, and my dogs also need to be watched or separated while eating and they always follow our special feeding instructions perfectly, which is huge for us and their diet. I know I'm rambling, but about a month after getting our sweet Myla we had a 10 day trip to Hawaii booked, so it was Myla's first time boarding and we were so nervous especially since we were training her and working on potty training so I gave them very detailed instructions for her stay so she can stay on schedule and they made sure to stick to it!! So if you have a small puppy, rest assured they will work with you and your new pup as well. They also have a groomer on site so before picking up your pup they can come home freshly bathed or groomed! PetSuites has become our dogs' home away from home and I will always recommend them!
