I would strongly recommend against this company and location, unfortunately…read more I attended multiple sessions with my dog last Fall on a routine weekly basis, including Obedience and then several Agility courses once he had graduated to that level. The instructors were all helpful and I loved seeing my dog's progress. We were diligent about attending and practicing. When both my grandfather and mother fell ill and died within 3 months of each other during the holiday season of 2024, I could no longer make the sessions with my dog. Truly they were forgotten during this time of extreme hardship. A couple months later when I could breathe again, I remembered our sessions and went to reserve a class but couldn't because my package had expired. I called and was told that nothing could be done, as this was the policy. These are privately-owned franchise locations, and the owners have the ability to create and revise policies to help their customers - it is their choice to take a customer's money in upfront packages and then refuse to extend any goodwill or flexibility. The classes I attended were rarely full. It would not have hurt their business in any way to allow me to utilize the classes I had already purchased. Looking at other reviews, they have a pattern of treating customers this way. If they had let me use the classes that I bought, I surely would've kept coming and even bought more sessions. But it's not worth it to me to support a business that treats its customers like this.

We have been going to classes since she was just over 6th months old, we were biweekly/weekly for the first year and a half and now we pop in every few months for practice. We did a few private classes to troubleshoot issues and those were very productive and I felt the staff went above and beyond helping my dog overcome her fear of the teeter. The staff is incredible, they are all welcoming, kind and so knowledgeable. They have great suggestions in fixing behaviors and ate always willing to help with different training techniques. I would still go weekly if I could, and I fully plan to take all of my future puppies/dogs here for training and socializing.

Her training program is fun, informative, and effective. I first came to Susan after a recommendation from a close friend. My dog Chloe needed some help learning her proper manners. After the very first class I knew we were in good hands. Susan's training is based on positive reinforcement. Chloe passed through the first and second courses with flying colors. She is now in her third course and is on track to graduate with the Canine Good Citizen certification. We recently adopted another dog that needs training and I knew exactly where to go! Ruby has learned so much after only two classes! If you have a puppy or a dog that needs training I highly recommend Wagging Willow. You will have fun with your pupper, learn a lot, and form a deeper bond with your furry family member.

Their entire team has provided the best possible experience we could ever expect from a dog training service. Both the in-home one-on-one trainings and the group trainings have been such a blessing to our miniature dachshund puppies. The improvement they have shown has been unbelievable and we owe it all to the Wagging Willow team. We want to give an extra special shoutout to Susan for the constant tips and advice about food, potty training, and literally anything else we need. She puts in so much extra time and effort. She has truly gone above and beyond our expectations for a dog trainer. I can't imagine a better experience than we've had with Susan. If you have a dog, you need training with Wagging Willow. I recommend them to any dog owner, novice (like us) or experienced. Tell them Hazel and Honey sent you. :)

The trainer, Jenna, has been amazing; knowledgeable, interpersonal, and amazing with our pup. Jenna really goes out of her way to learn about the pet owners and the struggles they may be facing and gives them tips and tricks to help overcome. My husband and I adopted Layla, a 1 yr old Pomeranian and Blue Lacy mix. After a month of trying to train her on our own, realized we needed perfessional help. It paid out in a big way! We did the 10 day board and train. Our pup needed guidance, boundaries, and leadership, with Sit Means Sit we have been able to give that to her. Added background: We brought Layla to a consultation at Sit Means Sit, she saw a trainer's dog showcase her leashless awesomeness and Layla FULLY LOST IT; Barking, pacing, acting in an aggressive way. We've never seen that with Layla... after 10 days of board and train, that same dog crossed our paths and Layla was cool as a cucumber!!! Talk about growth and confidence!!! Even more so in a room full of med- large dogs (which Layla use to bark at) she was super calm and keeps her focus on us, her owners! Thank you Sit Means Sit! SMS leaders: Thank you So MUCH for the kind words on Layla, it was so nice to see she touched y'alls' hearts as she does ours! Thanks for taking care of her!

Since The decoy seminar, I have worked very closely with Tai and Lexi when it comes to obedience and bite work with dogs. I have seen clients walk out the front door with smiles on their faces with their dogs are also really well behaved because of the work that Lexi, Tai, and also their trainer Max does daily. First of all the price is great in my opinion. Their facility has plenty of play space and the livery room we got was large. We always want, maybe even need, to be able to check in on them. While on past stays we would look and find them pacing and awooing all night. Something about this place made them zen. They looked out the windows, climbed and snuggled in their bed. We signed up for both of them to get a bath before pick up but due to some error with their system only our little guy got his, which was sad because if we had to pick we would have picked her. For our two dogs it was $115 a day for the luxury suite. When we arrived to pick them up we expected our Dachshund to scream like he does when we come home and our Auggie to go crazy and we were so disappointed when they came up to us like okay cool, summer camp is over? Not one cry or bark, no jumping or crazy tail wags. Next time we hope to board them for training. Our dogs would have required 3 weeks and that just didn't work for us right now.

For 99$ you can attend agility class either Saturday or Sunday morning for 6 sessions. The sessions expire within 12 weeks so when Pepper had to take a break because she got spayed, it was absolutely no issue. The majority of the class is focused on doing the agility course, but they also practice other things such as proper leash walking. The owner runs the class but there are always atleast 2-3 other trainers around to help. Pepper loves agility! She is a couch potato at heart but when she's at agility class she is always having a blast running and just being around dogs. A lot of obedience classes and dog day cares unfortunately discriminate against pitbulls but at Natural Instincts they are extremely bully friendly. Oh and they always have someone with a professional camera taking amazing pics of you & your dog. It's definitely nice having all these wonderful pictures of my dog (it's not like my camera isn't already full of pics of her). I have one week left from this 6 week package but I'll definitely purchase a new 6 week pass next class.

Then I was instructed to wait outside until her nails were done but there were no chairs to sit in to wait. While I was walking to the door to wait outside, my puppy escaped from her collar and ran to me, probably thinking I was leaving her. The staff restraining her became frantic and hollered at me to catch her. This only aggitated my puppy more and they had to drag her off with two leashes. I drive out of my way to support this business but they are too busy with other distractions to care professionally for their customers and dogs. If they require masks that no one else in the area requires, then they should alert customers in advance, manage situations, and provide a comfortable waiting area or masks for those without.
