They're open earlier and closed later than other pet resorts in the area. The first time I picked them up from daycare, one of my dogs was absolutely covered in hitchhiker seeds. It was their first time being at a resort but they didn't have any tear stains and probably had a great time running around. Hitchhiker seeds were a pain to pull out between their paws. For the boarding, I let them know about the outdoor allergies (again) and about the hitchhikers...picked them up and there were no seeds on them! I was even sent pictures during their time there. My dogs were pooped when they got home. Happy they got to run around and get cuddles while I was away! Took off one star because they can be hard to get ahold of over the phone and the mailbox is full and the hitchhiker seeds.

I make the drive from St Pete to Orlando because this is the only place I completely trust with my dogs. In July of 2024 I decided to make the training investement with both. I knew the mad skills and talents that Lexi & Tai have with dogs and both of mine needed the professional assistance. I enrolled them both together. Archie, is an incredibly stubborn 6 year old husky and Pongo is my overly excited, talking 10 month old Husky. They blend well together but they are not everyone's cup of tea! I trusted these two and their team and they did wonders with compassion, patience and professionalism! My dogs are the core of my world, so as most dog owners I worry how others treat my dogs when away. Lexi would touch in almost everyday, she communicated reports with honesty on progress & she let me know when a post of their training was hitting the social so I could feel better being apart. Recently, when I had to evacuate from St Pete during both of these recent hurricanes to Orlando, the team took them right in and explained to me the precautions and procedures they would be taking with them. This team even stayed overnight during the storms! Talk about going the extra mile. Lexi is amazing at communication and I still ask her questions about training because it's an everyday practice here with my two! Tai radiates love when he talks to the dogs. The staff is very professional, clean, organized and educates you on the different packages/pricing & knows your dog! Also they take great photography of the dogs! (photo of the work added!) Bottom line, if you found this facility and you If you love your dog(s) you struck gold!! I have been bringing them since they opened their doors and I will be loyal to this team forever. Note: my dogs could attend our wedding BECAUSE of Lexi and Tai's training with them.

The staff -- especially Mimi and Beth -- went above and beyond to make Caspian feel at home, even accommodating his somewhat particular eating schedule without any fuss. We also took advantage of their grooming services: Caspian got a full groom and dematting, and he's been moving so much more comfortably since. He seemed completely at ease, which tells me everything. We're already planning to bring him back for his next grooming. The inside has playful decorations and front desk person was very nice and patient with us. They have the option to monitor your pup on video for an upcharge. I didn't do it but loved the option. This place was nice and clean and didn't smell bad at all which was a great sign for me. They even sent us a cute photo of him during his stay so it was nice to know he was being taken care of. For some reason, the exact entrance was hard to find using my GPS but after driving around the plaza we figured it out. Definitely give them a shot!!

The meet and greet was wonderful and everyone loved on my dog. After that it was downhill from…read morethere. My dog wasn't understanding cues from other dogs that they were tired and not interested in playing. So rather than help her understand the cues and work with her they just stuck her in a crate. This created more anxiety because she didn't understand that this was not punishment. I would continually get calls saying she got in a scuffle and was the dog always blamed. Yet when watching the webcam I saw instances of favoritism, not enough training for the staff and too large of a dog to people ratio. Every time I went to pick my dog up she was anxious and the front desk staff had nothing nice to say about her. I was finally told after her last visit that she is dismissed from the center because she is poorly behaved. The manager never met with me face to face but only called me. My dog has earned her AKC canine good citizen award and is working on her community level award. If she is experiencing anxiety due to the sounds and smells that is not her fault.
