I make the drive from St Pete to Orlando because this is the only place I completely trust with my dogs. In July of 2024 I decided to make the training investement with both. I knew the mad skills and talents that Lexi & Tai have with dogs and both of mine needed the professional assistance. I enrolled them both together. Archie, is an incredibly stubborn 6 year old husky and Pongo is my overly excited, talking 10 month old Husky. They blend well together but they are not everyone's cup of tea! I trusted these two and their team and they did wonders with compassion, patience and professionalism! My dogs are the core of my world, so as most dog owners I worry how others treat my dogs when away. Lexi would touch in almost everyday, she communicated reports with honesty on progress & she let me know when a post of their training was hitting the social so I could feel better being apart. Recently, when I had to evacuate from St Pete during both of these recent hurricanes to Orlando, the team took them right in and explained to me the precautions and procedures they would be taking with them. This team even stayed overnight during the storms! Talk about going the extra mile. Lexi is amazing at communication and I still ask her questions about training because it's an everyday practice here with my two! Tai radiates love when he talks to the dogs. The staff is very professional, clean, organized and educates you on the different packages/pricing & knows your dog! Also they take great photography of the dogs! (photo of the work added!) Bottom line, if you found this facility and you If you love your dog(s) you struck gold!! I have been bringing them since they opened their doors and I will be loyal to this team forever. Note: my dogs could attend our wedding BECAUSE of Lexi and Tai's training with them.

I wouldn't even ask my friends to come into care for my pets! My senior cat always runs and hides ( she has always been a scaredy-cat ) But for the other cat, Marci is the highlight of her day ;) I've been using Marci and her staff/service for about 6-7 years I believe. She is accommodating in every way. No matter if I'm planning a vacation out of state or have a last minute emergency, I can count on her to check I on my Fur Babies! She is very loving towards my cats and treats them like her own...as expected...and I always get updates with pictures, which is an added bonus!! Who wouldn't want a picture of your pet while you are away! On extended visits away, she is nice enough to get the mail, water the plants and check the house for any break ins or if something is out of place. Whisker Park took him in without an appointment, right before closing, and handled the whole thing with genuine warmth and empathy. The facility is immaculate and clearly designed with cats in mind. The staff -- especially Mimi and Beth -- went above and beyond to make Caspian feel at home, even accommodating his somewhat particular eating schedule without any fuss. We also took advantage of their grooming services: Caspian got a full groom and dematting, and he's been moving so much more comfortably since. He seemed completely at ease, which tells me everything. We're already planning to bring him back for his next grooming. My dog wasn't understanding cues from other dogs that they were tired and not interested in playing. So rather than help her understand the cues and work with her they just stuck her in a crate. This created more anxiety because she didn't understand that this was not punishment. I would continually get calls saying she got in a scuffle and was the dog always blamed. Yet when watching the webcam I saw instances of favoritism, not enough training for the staff and too large of a dog to people ratio. Every time I went to pick my dog up she was anxious and the front desk staff had nothing nice to say about her. I was finally told after her last visit that she is dismissed from the center because she is poorly behaved. The manager never met with me face to face but only called me. My dog has earned her AKC canine good citizen award and is working on her community level award. If she is experiencing anxiety due to the sounds and smells that is not her fault.
