I am once again eternally grateful that our friend recommended us this vet. Please make sure to give the beautiful hearts here kind words because they have a tough job. And they will appreciate your kindness in return. Thank you to Trixie the Bet Tech and Karen and the other sweetheart at the front desk, and especially Dr Margadant (sorry if I have the spelling wrong) and those unseen in the back for all that you do and the patience and love you show our fur family.

Our other vet did not tell us anything about the bloodwork; basically scared us by telling us we would have to give two shots per day or our cat would be in a diabetic coma. The place is in a shopping center (same as senor tequila in winter springs); it was clean and has two entrances, one for dogs and one for cats. They even had a separate exam room just for cats! The room we were in was very nice and comfortable, also. This vet had a completely different take on the bloodwork: that when cats are stressed, the blood sugar goes up; that since our kitty had allergies recently (she asked us), the creatine levels could be high; that the bloodwork did not show diabetes but rather could be signs of kidney disease instead; and that it's unusual for a cat to start having diabetes at such an advanced age. To make a long story short, the vet spent a lot of time with us explaining the bloodwork results the other vet had done and what they could really mean instead; made the recommendation that we get new bloodwork in a few weeks; and NOT to change anything in his diet or life at this time as he seemed to be a happy cat. At the end, the price was so much less than the mobile vet ($50). We were so relieved and grateful for the great advice and knowledge that the vet had (sorry I cannot remember her name). Cornerstone, 5 stars for you!

I always appreciated their care. The way they treated me on the final day of my fur baby's life is something I will never forget. I had been in a month before assessing my (almost) 19-year-old Maltese, and while my mother, sister, and mother-in-law were all vocal that "it's time", my husband and I wanted to do her end-of-life care at home. On the final day, I called the vet's office and asked for a different cough medicine because it wasn't working anymore. Jessica was super kind, and I felt like she almost felt sorry for me because it was clear to everyone that we were holding on way past time. She kindly said she would get with the vet and call me back. I called her again with another follow-up piece of information about the cough's increasing intensity. And finally, when my husband and I faced the fact that she was likely in heart failure or in some other way at risk of a painful death (TMI to list all symptoms here) - I called a 3rd time and could barely utter the words "hi, it's Nellie's mom again. It's time". That was all I could get out. She didn't ask questions; she only facilitated a time that was best for me. We brought Nellie in, and the veterinary assistant and the vet could not have been any more compassionate and reassuring. I've had two other dogs, one euthanized over 10 years ago, and another one died in the OR, and no other vet and team was this compassionate. The kicker, I just received a handwritten card from their doctor and staff. I really don't have time to be writing a novel today as I prepare for a trip and on Super Bowl Sunday before company comes, but for those who are fed up with the corporate-run, money-first, pet-last, pushy clinics, this is the place to go.

Like a majority of dogs do. It was so much fun paying the high and undisclosed bill at the end of every vet visit with the unfortunate receptionist who had to break the news to me that the annual visit was over $600. My new vet has not once mentioned my dog's nerves and has inversely, embraced her for it. Additionally, the vet techs always disclose every service's cost in real time. Before I get the bill. What a concept. Annual visits are below $400 now. Greed will be their downfall.

Casper, my cat, had a bad experience about 5 years ago, and ever since then, he's a menace at the vet and has always had to be put under full anesthesia. He had a really stressful experience with anesthesia at the last vet he went to, so I was pretty intense with them about him having a better experience here. They were so kind and so understanding and helpful, and they never treated me like I was being too much or inconveniencing them, which I appreciated so much. No vet since the one 5 years ago has been able to touch him without full anesthesia. I'm not sure what it was about this place, but he wasn't losing his mind, he wasn't hissing, he wasn't trying to attack, and he wanted out of his carrier. I was super nervous to let him out, but I did because he seemed to be doing okay. He explored and was OKAY! It was amazing. Then our vet tech Emily was absolutely incredible and was so kind and sweet to my baby- he can be a little rude and high strung so I really appreciated that she went the extra mile to make him feel comfortable. We didn't do a full exam, but he was letting us touch him and weigh him and everything, and then they put him under to biopsy a lump. While they were doing the biopsy, they were so good about calling me to update me as things were happening. This is my new vet for the rest of forever

From the moment we walked into 4 Paws Animal Clinic, I knew we made the right choice. Dr. Bert was amazing -- thorough, patient, and incredibly kind. She took the time to really get to know Diesel, performed a very detailed exam, and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. That level of care meant so much to me. I also truly appreciate how calm and organized the clinic is. Not having a crowded lobby full of animals made such a difference for Diesel, who tends to get very anxious in those situations. In the past, we would have to wait in the car until called in, so this was such a refreshing experience. You can genuinely tell that everyone there cares deeply about animals and has a true passion for what they do. My only downside was the pricing of ProHeart. I've never paid more than $180 for the 12-month ProHeart injection for my 89lb dog with my previous vet in Miami, so being quoted $350 felt significantly higher than what I was used to especially he weighed less at 84lbs. That was the only surprise for me that was very unfortunate and resulted in me having to switch diesel to TriHeart. Overall, the experience, compassion, and quality of care were excellent, and we're very happy to have found them in Orlando. 5 Star Service/Quality Care 4 Star for Pricing

He usually hates going to the vet and gets anxious and trembles. The other vets used to take him to the back and give him his shots. At first he was a little anxious but they were so kind and gentle with him that he started to feel relaxed and comfortable. They also asked if we'd be ok giving him his shots in the room with us present and we were definitely fine with that. We look forward to going back and taking our little girl pug next. I highly recommend them.
