I make the drive from St Pete to Orlando because this is the only place I completely trust with my dogs. In July of 2024 I decided to make the training investement with both. I knew the mad skills and talents that Lexi & Tai have with dogs and both of mine needed the professional assistance. I enrolled them both together. Archie, is an incredibly stubborn 6 year old husky and Pongo is my overly excited, talking 10 month old Husky. They blend well together but they are not everyone's cup of tea! I trusted these two and their team and they did wonders with compassion, patience and professionalism! My dogs are the core of my world, so as most dog owners I worry how others treat my dogs when away. Lexi would touch in almost everyday, she communicated reports with honesty on progress & she let me know when a post of their training was hitting the social so I could feel better being apart. Recently, when I had to evacuate from St Pete during both of these recent hurricanes to Orlando, the team took them right in and explained to me the precautions and procedures they would be taking with them. This team even stayed overnight during the storms! Talk about going the extra mile. Lexi is amazing at communication and I still ask her questions about training because it's an everyday practice here with my two! Tai radiates love when he talks to the dogs. The staff is very professional, clean, organized and educates you on the different packages/pricing & knows your dog! Also they take great photography of the dogs! (photo of the work added!) Bottom line, if you found this facility and you If you love your dog(s) you struck gold!! I have been bringing them since they opened their doors and I will be loyal to this team forever. We used another service during our Thanksgiving vacation and two days in a row the sitter was a no-show, while we were hundreds of miles away creating a stressed-out vacation experience. Thankful to say, our sitter Mikayla not only showed up every day as scheduled, but she also sent updates via email for each visit per our request. Three times each day we got an update on Molly along with a couple of photos. Laura and the team made it super easy to get set up, to schedule the visits, and the overall experience was wonderful. Is Laura more expensive than the other service we used previously? Yes. Was she worth the extra costs? Absolutely. The peace of mind knowing that Mikayla was there each day and providing the updates created a stress-free vacation. We will be using their services again in the future.

As experienced pup owners, we knew what qualities we wanted, and didn't want in a pet sitter. We struggled to find someone that we trusted with our "baby" and access to our home. One afternoon, we literally bumped into Katie on the corner near our house, and had a quick conversation! That led to scheduling a meet and greet at our home. Chip immediately fell in love with Katie and we loved how thorough she was with all her questions and follow-up questions! Hubby and I immediately scheduled a date night! When Katie & Chip had their scheduled walk & play time, we got the best video follow-up, with a text letting us know how the visit went. Katie even followed up with us the next day to see how Chip was!! Needless to say, we consider Katie & the Nona Paws crew a part of our family. I saw it on my friends phone when traveled together and Nona Paws was caring for my friends pets. My friend has now used their service multiple times and feels completely comfortable with how they handle the house visits in her absence. The pricing turned out to be too steep for what we needed (long trip and two hrs/day) but it would have been a great deal if we had multiple pets as their price is per hour.

One weekend I decided to board my pups and was told I would not be charged twice for puppy preschool enrollment which is required when boarding puppies. Yet, the staff at check out advised that the package purchased did not apply to boarding. The logic is still lost here. I prepaid for a package, that during boarding, could not be honored? There was nothing in writing to support this policy, in fact I located information on their website to the contrary. I submitted my concerns to the manager via email, but my email was ignored, in that I never received a response. As a dissatisfied consumer I decided to withdraw my pups from the preschool, despite having 10 days remaining on their package. But, one evening the very pleasant student groomer reached out asking if I would be interested in getting my pups their first cut with her. She was amazing with my pups and did a great job with their initial bath and blow out, so why not. And, just for the day, I decided to give the puppy preschool another shot. However, prior to booking I double confirmed the cost. Sadly, I again experienced the same issue at check out, in that I was told the initial price quoted was incorrect. The staff member that completed my check out completely ignored my concerns and did not offer to honor the rate quoted, nor did she direct me to the manager. She was very dismissive and unpleasant to engage with, no eye contact, no apologies. To make matters worse, my pups haircut was unlike anything I could have imagined. There were multiple patches, uneven hair spaces, the pink of her skin was visible in multiple locations. My requests for her cut were not adhered to, and there was no explanation provided. In fact, when I submitted my concerns regarding the cut, I was told the very pleasant student groomer was unavailable. Ergo the risks of agreeing to a student groom. But, regardless of the groomers student status, at a minimum, an explanation as to what happened, would have been professional. The convenience of this location to my home, the seemingly pleasant pet environment, and the professional and courteous attitudes of most of the staff here, sadly doesn't make up for such egregious management oversights. I pray in the future, the management team here places more focused attention on the handling of consumer concerns.

The staff -- especially Mimi and Beth -- went above and beyond to make Caspian feel at home, even accommodating his somewhat particular eating schedule without any fuss. We also took advantage of their grooming services: Caspian got a full groom and dematting, and he's been moving so much more comfortably since. He seemed completely at ease, which tells me everything. We're already planning to bring him back for his next grooming.
