As experienced pup owners, we knew what qualities we wanted, and didn't want in a pet sitter. We struggled to find someone that we trusted with our "baby" and access to our home. It's a pretty easy and streamlined process to board your dog here for the day. Once you pay for parking and enter there are signs labeled "kennel" directing you where to drive. The kennel is located in the far corner of the Jaws parking garage on the first floor. You must bring physical copies of all current vaccination records. They require DHPP, rabies, & bordetella. If you don't have the proper proof then there's nothing they can do. They also take a copy of your ID for proof of ownership upon pickup. It's pretty inexpensive at only $15 for the day. Once you check in they have you bring your dog to their designated kennel and set them up with plenty of water. Like others have stated, this is a hands off kennel so the staff does not ever physically interact with your dog. This means you are in charge of making sure they get walked through out the day. That's the only downside because it is a bit of a walk to get to the park from the kennel. You are allowed to leave your car next to the kennel though which was nice. I think this is a great service that the park offers and awesome for people like me who enjoy traveling with their dog.

It is good to note we went on a Thursday so it was a slow park day. The staff at every ride was amazing and kind in explaining how it worked. Every ride has its own kennel cage. We were able to leave him in the dog stroller on some rides and others we just popped him into the cage. He happily sat and waited for us. Because we had the quick line pass he did not have to wait long. The cages are in small rooms or behind curtains at the front of the line. I would recommend anyone nervous about it to trust me when I say your dog will be safe for the small amount of time they have to wait.

From yesterday until we picked them up this morning, the staff kept us updated with photos every hour until 8 PM and started sending them again this morning. It was so reassuring to see our girls looking happy, relaxed, and enjoying playtime with the other dogs! The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and caring. Nina and Coco seemed to have had such a great time, and they were calm and content on the ride back. We truly appreciated the excellent communication and personal attention. It's wonderful to know our fur babies were in such good hands! Five stars! We would definitely use Universal Dog Care again and highly recommend them!

The staff is so kind and informative. They let you know if there were any concerns with your pets behavior or eating habits. They are super accommodating and allow you to bring your pets favorite toy or treats and even their bed for boarding. They keep detailed notes and ensure they understand what your pets needs are and how to care for them . They even administer meds for your pet. They have surveillance and you can watch you pet play during the day using the odoggy app. You only have access to the cameras at night if your pet is staying in a VIP room. They have treat options like hot dogs and ice cream and grooming options for your pet during their stay. My favorite time is when I pick my pup up and she is so happy to see me and the staff provides a picture and/ or report card of how her stay went. Nice size parking lot and right off the highway for pet parents.., little shop inside for last minute needs, they also have indoor and outdoor areas for the pups and a puppy pool. Prices are going up a few dollars in September but currently a small room is $53 per night.. I believe VIP is $75 per night but is a larger room with a TV and camera access for pet parents. They do have a fees for late pickups and different things so just keep in mind because that can add up quickly. All in all my pups loves this place and sleeps for two days after all the playing she does while here. This will continue to be my go to. Even with the pending price increase, they are right in line with similar boarding facilities in the area

My cats had no problems getting settled on their first day, but one of my cats decided that she wasn't too fond of playtime and became stressed, sitting atop their condos and not allowing the staff to get her down. While this was happening, I was on a plane and had no access to my phone. The staff tried to calm my cat down and try to get her back in her condo. Unfortunately, she was stressed and didn't take kindly to being boarded even after being boarded before. The staff kept in constant contact with me, letting me know how my precious cat was doing and if she had come down. In the end, we had to have the cats picked up by their emergency contact and had to cut their stay short. With that being said, the care Miss Emily's staff had toward my cats (even while one was hissing up a storm) made me want to write this review, knowing that your pets are in good hands, even when things don't go according to plan. I would recommend Miss Emily's to anyone who needs to board their pet in Orlando, dog or cat, as they truly have your pet's needs in mind.

Thankful to say, our sitter Mikayla not only showed up every day as scheduled, but she also sent updates via email for each visit per our request. Three times each day we got an update on Molly along with a couple of photos. Laura and the team made it super easy to get set up, to schedule the visits, and the overall experience was wonderful. Is Laura more expensive than the other service we used previously? Yes. Was she worth the extra costs? Absolutely. The peace of mind knowing that Mikayla was there each day and providing the updates created a stress-free vacation. We will be using their services again in the future.
