I came in for super paint and was told if I waited 2 days, it went on sale for 30% off. I was not in a rush and decided to wait as I needed 18 gallons. 2 days later, I come in and there are no signs up in the store about the sale. I asked the front desk staff and they all said they knew nothing about the sale. As I'm looking on the Sherwin Williams website it showed the sale was going on in store/online. Yet staff wanted to be rude with comments like, "sure just walk in and say there is a sale." Poor customer service. In addition, questions I had about products were answered with uncertainty. Will not return to this location.

This, time, however, the experience was terrible, with the owner, Corey Reynolds, bailing via text the day before work was to begin, leaving my family in a lurch. He claimed his reasons were a medical issue and that his proposal wasn't very clear. Wait, what? With a signed agreement in place, we were past proposals. We had an agreed-upon scope of work, payment schedule, and a start date. Rather than show up, however, Corey wished us good luck via text the day before the project was to commence and said the nearby paint store may have some contractor recommendations. When I called him on his unilateral ditching of our agreement, he first denied -- and then later admitted -- that we did indeed have an agreement. He offered no alternate dates -- claiming he was otherwise booked -- and made no other effort to mitigate his bailing on the project. Think twice before trusting this guy and his painting company with your time, money, and property needs. The motto on the business's website is "Experience + Dependability" but "Irresponsible + Undependable" appears more accurate. You can do way better than the unreliable Reynolds Painting Co. If negative stars were an option, that's exactly what I'd rate it.

Peter came by once to look at the job, then once with the first worker. Then, I never saw Peter again. The first worker hung the drywall, and when I asked him if he'd put the insulation in first he said he wasn't paid to do that and maybe Peter would add it from the top. When I reminded him it's all boarded over in the attic and you can't add it from the top, he just said it wasn't his problem and I should ask Peter. Since he didn't put down any plastic, he left a huge mess and a pile of drywall scraps in my living room. Over the next 3 weeks, he'd send 4 random workers over. Peter would text me the night before sending someone, and usually he didn't know where the job was at so would want to send someone over for things they weren't ready for yet. Every worker that showed up didn't know what the job was, and I had to explain it all to them. They all told me that Peter didn't tell them the work was above a stairwell. They'd call Peter, and he'd convince them just to do it. They they'd precariously balance on the railing over the open stairwell to get the work done, doing a lot of damage to the railing in the process. At the end, they textured and painted it, but painted it an off-white that was way off from the rest of the ceiling. When I asked Peter about this he said the hardware stores do the paint matching, so it's not his fault. Then he never responded to anything else. We had to hire a new painter to finish the job, who was able to match the color without problem. However, he told me that every part of Choice Interiors work was done improperly, so it's never going to look great. The drywall was hung too low, and the texturing was done so poorly that it'll always be real clear it's been patched. I'm sure he quoted a low price, but everything involving him is shady and the work was done incompetently. Avoid working with Peter.
