The way it was plastered on the side of my car, higher than where the bag was, means that the associate knew it was busted open and loaded it anyways. There was sand everywhere in my car and will never come out of the cloth seats. I took pictures and sent them to the online rep. He said I needed to return it in store and refused to process the $6 refund. I then called the store and they said they wouldn't refund it without the product. So now I have to load the busted sand bag back up in my car and drive the 30 minutes back to return it. I'm just going to return everything I purchased because that is absolutely ridiculous. This shop was very convenient to the home of the relative I was staying with, so I stopped by to pick up paint samples to bring to a few condo showings. I will return when it is time to purchase my paint unless subsequent visits prove any less pleasant and helpful. This is a relatively small shop in a strip mall across from a Safeway grocery store, but, so far, I have a very positive view of the customer service.
