For what it's worth, the Mexican omelette I had during my most recent visit was highly underwhelming compared to what one expects. The meat was not well-seasoned, nor was it plentiful. Definitely not what one would consider taco meat. It was cooked a bit too long, but that didn't mess with the egg flavor. I'm including a photo, but keep in mind it also comes with hash browns. The waitress knew I was giving them to my dad, so she kindly had the chef put them on his plate of eggs. His eggs cooked over easy looked so delicious, and he claimed they were, in fact, delicious.

I decided to try multiple things, so I got steak & eggs, eggs benedict, and corned beef hash. With coffee my total was still under $15. The steak was by far the best thing I tried. I asked for it pink, and it came closer to well done, but it was so tender and well flavored that I didnt mind. The eggs benedict was also very good, the sauce homemade and the ham thick cut. The corned beef has was my least favorite, it was comparably dry. One of the owners was the only employee working outside the kitchen and she was very friendly.
