What a wonderful memory of this place. He was a JERK. The place is adorable, but I would highly suggest to make sure you ask your customers if they want to sit upstairs or downstairs and their preferences before you decide to book a large group. Along with that, if you have people waiting for so long, at least offer them a water or something while they wait.
