This place has the most reasonable hourly labor rate that you'll find AND you'll get excellent customer service from them as well. Even though the job took longer than expected I was still only charged for one hour of labor because that's what the owner quoted me and he stands behind his word and that is something that almost no other place does not do in today's business world. Because it took a little longer then they expected I left the guys in the shop a tip to maybe buy lunch for themselves and thank them for a great job and honest business. I'll highly recommend them to anyone who would ask me. Erik

I explained the situation and he agreed to come our later that evening. Using our combined flashlight power, he dismantled the passenger side door and discovered that the switch was faulty. He managed to make the window go back up but didn't have the part in stock (I didn't expect that he would). I'll have it repaired when I reach my destination in Texas. I was totally impressed with Chris' service and knowledge. He didn't have to take a chunk out of his personal time to help me. He certainly knew what he was doing and did it efficiently and quickly. And he had a very nice demeanor. Well worth the 5 stars.

This company is a total joke! We had a few seals that were leaking and we knew they needed to be…read moretaken care of ASAP before mold started to grow and cause more issues. Chris was nice and professional at first came out at the same time our insurance did which was very helpful. We finally got the insurance money and let Chris know. He told us a date on when he'd come out since our slides also needed to be realigned. The first time he came out he thought he had told us which seals we needed, he did not. So we had to order those. Then he was scheduled to come out to start the work on a Saturday and did not show, didn't even call. Monday we finally got.a text that there was a familu emergency. Totally understandable and we got rescheduled for the next weekend. Low and behold he didn't show up again and stating there was another family emergency. Again understandable, but could have benefited from a quick text. We all know everyone had their phones on them all the time. Finally they came out on a Friday afternoon (hours later than we were told) started doing the seals and readjusting the slides. They had to come back that Saturday to finish, but couldn't because they needed different seals. Told us they would give us a call and get us on the schedule. I had to text and call 2-3x finally getting them to come out and we'll you guessed it NO SHOW NO CALL again!!!! This was the 5th time. At this point we are absolutely furious. They stopped answering all calls and text and emails from me. My husband called Chris one more time and just asked him if we just needed to find someone else and he said " we were just talking about you all we will get you on the schedule". That was the last interaction with him we had. Well as you guessed it we now have mold bad! We are living in this full time while we are building. We have 4 kids around this mold and have used all the money from insurance to get another company out to fix everything with the seals and also fix all the mistakes Chris had made. Praying we can just move out of this get money to get it fixed the right way and resell it. Lesson we have learned is to read reviews and make sure a person is insured. This company has screwed us over big time!

They went through my camper with a fine tooth comb and wound up charging me over $2,600 for work that I never authorized, plus they kept my camper for over a year. The sad part is that they hide behind their so called ministry. All their emails say "God Bless". The closest they get to being a Christian is the demons that Christ cast out in the swines. THIS COMPANY SUCKS! (TWO THUMBS DOWN!)…read more In my opinion, I would steer any consumer away from doing business with this vendor! I will outline several reasons why I have come to this conclusion in this review narrative. However, to avoid headaches and unnecessary stress, there are many other credible vendors in the area that do right by their work if something goes wrong. This business damaged my camper and charged me for empty hours doing minimal work with glue, two screws, and some grease. In other words, they were paid for doing almost absolutely nothing! They had my pop-up camper for approximately seven weeks with no major fixes to do! Yes, seven weeks! Nothing had to be taken apart and reassembled. As you will notice, the following list is quite simple. I had to CANCEL a camping trip I was looking forward to going with my family because this business claims "they could not find a part." I found the part and ordered it in 20 minutes. In other words, it was not that hard. When you read this company's response, there will be an excuse and explanation for every absence of thought, lack of communication, and unprofessional conduct. I have provided visual evidence of understood tasks not completed. Each picture evidently shows what tasks this company NEVER completed and thus damaging the electrical socket as well. A mechanic knowingly forced a part that was not made for the electric plug because they did not replace both the plug and the encasement. I told this company to replace both the electric plug and the encasement I provided. These directions were again not followed! Therefore, this mechanic broke the encasement, not following directions. Therefore, of course, it broke! The following fixes were not completed as requested: 1.) Propane tank attachment pieces (and then thus testing that a tank be attached sufficiently). These part pieces were handed back to me. 2.) Plastic piece on bumper NOT reattached. A black plastic piece on the back bumper came off. I requested that it be reattached. This part was thrown away! 3.) The electric plug enclosure has been damaged, where it will no longer stay inserted into the electric socket cover while in transport (hence the duct tape). The operator even admitted that he tried to insert a new part that did not fit the enclosure. 4.) I asked said owner to replace the electric socket plug in addition to the compartment piece around it, which would have prevented him from damaging this part of the camper with a smaller plug size. This part was never replaced. 5.) The clamp on the right side of the storage compartment at the front of the camper was not fixed and/or replaced. 6.) Caulking the interior stripped woodwork was not completed. 7.) The left turn signal bulb was out when I picked up the camper. The mechanic did not replace this bulb or even bother to check all the lights beforehand. Before I picked up the camper, I spoke to the owner over the phone. He assured me all these tasks had been completed. That was not the case! Given the absorbent delay (seven weeks), the damage caused to my camper, and the tasks not completed, I have requested a full refund. This vendor has responded that several of these online negative reviews are fake. I am beginning to think these positive reviews are self-fabricated by this business. If you write a review for a business, no one utilizes their own valuable time to post fake reviews. These online reviews have legitimate names and associations to them. It is clear this business does not possess the expertise to work on older RV's or pop-up campers. If RVEE INC. gives me a full refund for work never completed, I will consider removing these one-star reviews. Please note this review is my opinion and personal experience with this company. However, visual evidence is convincing that this situation is seriously messed up! Again, in my opinion, I would strongly suggest staying away from this business!
