Over the next few years we spent traveling the United States, missing only eight states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Over the years, we have always felt like we've been ripped off, taken advantage of or price gouged. We didn't have much hope left that there were any genuine & honest RV repair shops out there, especially the last few we used and attempted to use here in East Tennessee but thankfully, we were wrong! Unlimited RV did such a phenomenal job. They were extremely communicative, efficient, fast and were upfront and honest with expectations and work to be done. Additionally, the work they did was far beyond what we expected. Although I'm glad we don't have anymore issues on the RV, I'll be more than happy to drive the hour and a half to come back to this shop if I ever needed!! P.S. A huge thank you to Wade and Michelle for proving to us that good honest companies still exist.
