As luck would take it I needed to have someone much more experienced than me and the manual so I call Limey's they respond and after and hour he discovered that the slide out motors were frozen up and could not be repaired in the parking lot after strenuous discussion ideas from we had to abandon the repair and moved to a different location and have the shop one of the most helpful gentleman I've ever met in my life. He went his way to explain things to me he showed me demonstrations with old parts that he had in the back of his service truck. He tells me that the issues that I am having had to be done before because of the sticker on that said it was manufactured in 2023 and the motorhome is a 2014 laugh out loud but all in all absolutely most knowledgeable quickest response and everything was great. Would recommend him in the future on anything associated with an RV.

Over the next few years we spent traveling the United States, missing only eight states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Over the years, we have always felt like we've been ripped off, taken advantage of or price gouged. We didn't have much hope left that there were any genuine & honest RV repair shops out there, especially the last few we used and attempted to use here in East Tennessee but thankfully, we were wrong! Unlimited RV did such a phenomenal job. They were extremely communicative, efficient, fast and were upfront and honest with expectations and work to be done. Additionally, the work they did was far beyond what we expected. Although I'm glad we don't have anymore issues on the RV, I'll be more than happy to drive the hour and a half to come back to this shop if I ever needed!! P.S. I will outline several reasons why I have come to this conclusion in this review narrative. However, to avoid headaches and unnecessary stress, there are many other credible vendors in the area that do right by their work if something goes wrong. This business damaged my camper and charged me for empty hours doing minimal work with glue, two screws, and some grease. In other words, they were paid for doing almost absolutely nothing! They had my pop-up camper for approximately seven weeks with no major fixes to do! Yes, seven weeks! Nothing had to be taken apart and reassembled. As you will notice, the following list is quite simple. I had to CANCEL a camping trip I was looking forward to going with my family because this business claims "they could not find a part." I found the part and ordered it in 20 minutes. In other words, it was not that hard. When you read this company's response, there will be an excuse and explanation for every absence of thought, lack of communication, and unprofessional conduct. I have provided visual evidence of understood tasks not completed. Each picture evidently shows what tasks this company NEVER completed and thus damaging the electrical socket as well. A mechanic knowingly forced a part that was not made for the electric plug because they did not replace both the plug and the encasement. I told this company to replace both the electric plug and the encasement I provided. These directions were again not followed! Therefore, this mechanic broke the encasement, not following directions. Therefore, of course, it broke! The following fixes were not completed as requested: 1.) Propane tank attachment pieces (and then thus testing that a tank be attached sufficiently). These part pieces were handed back to me. 2.) Plastic piece on bumper NOT reattached. A black plastic piece on the back bumper came off. I requested that it be reattached. This part was thrown away! 3.) The electric plug enclosure has been damaged, where it will no longer stay inserted into the electric socket cover while in transport (hence the duct tape). The operator even admitted that he tried to insert a new part that did not fit the enclosure. 4.) I asked said owner to replace the electric socket plug in addition to the compartment piece around it, which would have prevented him from damaging this part of the camper with a smaller plug size. This part was never replaced. 5.) The clamp on the right side of the storage compartment at the front of the camper was not fixed and/or replaced. 6.) Caulking the interior stripped woodwork was not completed. 7.) The left turn signal bulb was out when I picked up the camper. The mechanic did not replace this bulb or even bother to check all the lights beforehand. Before I picked up the camper, I spoke to the owner over the phone. He assured me all these tasks had been completed. That was not the case! Given the absorbent delay (seven weeks), the damage caused to my camper, and the tasks not completed, I have requested a full refund. This vendor has responded that several of these online negative reviews are fake. I am beginning to think these positive reviews are self-fabricated by this business. If you write a review for a business, no one utilizes their own valuable time to post fake reviews. These online reviews have legitimate names and associations to them. It is clear this business does not possess the expertise to work on older RV's or pop-up campers. If RVEE INC. gives me a full refund for work never completed, I will consider removing these one-star reviews. Please note this review is my opinion and personal experience with this company. However, visual evidence is convincing that this situation is seriously messed up! Again, in my opinion, I would strongly suggest staying away from this business!

Took it to Weekend RV, they told me they were about 2 weeks out in the service department, due to the fact its November and everyone is needing winterization. I was expecting to pay hundreds of dollars for a new water pump to be installed. Turns out the tech got the old pump working and 7 days later my camper was ready for pickup. My bill was less than $100 and that was with a new door key I requested. I feel like most dealers would have just replaced it anyway because i had authorized the work, but Weekend RV didn't. Everyone that I have talked to there was very professional and personable, the staff is awesome and obviously puts customer service a priority over the evil dollar. Today we needed a regulator for my fathers camper, neither big box stores had one in stock, called Weekend RV and it was in stock and almost 20% cheaper. We bought our first camping trailer in Nashville. It was a used Rockwood trailer, just a year old, and the previous owners obviously had not used it much because it was a perfect starter camper. Our first year, we traveled over 6,000 trouble-free miles and the RV bug hit. We were hooked. We also have three cats, so it was important that they be able to come with us. During that first summer, we visited 17 states and Alberta, Canada. When we came home, we began to ask fellow RV'ers what dealership they would go to for regular service and intermittent problems. We got several suggestions, but when we went to the dealer, we were less than impressed, and surprising so when we went to one of the larger name familiar dealers. Finally, one of my work associates told me about Weekend RV. He was totally sold on their service and so I made an appointment for a routine service and boy am I glad I did. Even though I did not buy my trailer from Weekend RV, they treated me like family -- a real rarity nowadays. I was ecstatic; I had found my RV specialists in a big way. And I cannot say enough about their service, their knowledge, their friendly staff and their reasonable prices. I've dropped by on a number of occasions and they already know my name! Kind of like Cheers! Haha! Last week, while preparing for another 4,000 mile snow bird trip to Phoenix, I went to Weekend RV to inquire about some minor issues with my camper. What I never intended, however, was to set my eyes on another Rockwood that was 2021 model. It was a beauty, complete with a fireplace!! I couldn't believe the price. Even without my trade in, it was an absolute steal. So much better than any other RV dealers within a 467 mile radius. The deal was made, the paperwork will be signed on Monday, and we'll be cruising along the long and winding road, in our new Rockwood trailer.
