Not long after that we were camping in the Outer Banks and we met Roger again when we by chance were camping at the same campground! My grandson was so excited to see him again! While camping there I had an issue with my water heater and even though Roger was on vacation he still took time to come to my site and fix my water heater. Now recently I had a tree limb fall on my roof and needed an estimate for my insurance company. I contacted Roger and he was able to write me an estimate for my insurance claim to help me out and get the claim started. Roger has always been very helpful every time I need something. Once they arrived we set a date and they installed both In two days. Reasonable price for the work that matched Jay's estimate, considering a few extra hours that were spent on both units due to unforeseen issues. The original Norcold absorbtion fridge was replaced with a Dometic 12 Volt compressor unit. With the temp control set at the middle of range, the refrigerator cooled down to 35 degrees F . The noisy original Dometic AC was replaced with an Gree Eco-Cool AC/Heat Pump unit. New unit is as quiet as stated in reviews. Looks good, slightly taller outside than the Dometic.
