Big Foot Mobile RV Services is the best! I first met Roger in Pigeon Forge when I ended up camping next to him a few years ago. My grandson loved his camper and Roger took him in and toured him around. Roger was so kind. Ever since then we have been big fans. Not long after that we were camping in the Outer Banks and we met Roger again when we by chance were camping at the same campground! My grandson was so excited to see him again! While camping there I had an issue with my water heater and even though Roger was on vacation he still took time to come to my site and fix my water heater. Now recently I had a tree limb fall on my roof and needed an estimate for my insurance company. I contacted Roger and he was able to write me an estimate for my insurance claim to help me out and get the claim started. Roger has always been very helpful every time I need something. He is my only go to when it comes to working on my RV. I have a new RV now and Roger will be the first one I call when I need something fixed. Thanks so much Roger for all your help!
