He told me repeatedly that it would cover my bill. 2 years later I am stuck with a 250+ loan payment and my electric bill only went down about 20-30 dollars a month. On top of that the system was installed poorly and incorrectly. It didn't affect the output bit it limited my ability to see and measure the input/output of the system. Was this done intentionally so I couldn't see the scam? The sales guy knew what he was doing. When I reached out to the company they didn't take responsibility and tried to blame the installers. They did not disclose the proper information and don't have the integrity as a company to make it right. I'm a reasonable person and would have worked out a reasonable solution. They offered NO help or solution at all. I have had a third party come out and inspect things. Not only was it installed poorly, he informed me that he's confident the sales person knew that my area wouldn't be compatible with the type of system they installed and that it was blatant negligence to have sold me the system. The company never followed up, never checked in, never communicated. They had me sign on the dotted line and I never had a helpful communication since. My family all have systems from other companies and they let me know this isn't the experience with these other companies. So again, do yourself a favor... do your research and find a more respectable company. I haven't worked with them myself but my family has had a good experience with ES Solar.

There was room on the roof to place the panels out of the shade. The total output of the solar system on the remaining hours of the day is a lot less than what was promised . With constant emails, text, and phone calls, we have not been able to get anybody to call us back and talk to us about possible solutions. All they said is nothing is going to be done until we waste a whole year of not producing an energy . Part of the benefit that they quoted when they first contacted me was we will probably produce more energy per day from the solar panels than what I will be using. That's basically not even close to it, being less than half of what I'm using per day. The company has not been upfront and honest with their dealings and complaints after installation and continue to refuse to call and talk about it. The company Enphase, is the one who produces solar panels and they have been sending me reports that show how little energy output we have Bub I have reached out to them to ask for their assistance in getting Blue Sky Solar to do something about the problem. Every other company that I called regarding solar systems, had the benefit of the customer having a chance for input into the system and where it's placed and designed. They also had a great history of follow ups after the sale. Why doesn't Blue Sky Solar have any of these? A very risky deal contracting them for home or business solar systems.
