My past experience show that performance, skill, commitment, craftsmanship, responsibility, trust, transparency vary widely among roofing companies and contractors. I hired 6 total roofers in Ogden, Utah and 4/6 didn't show up. One particular contractor repaired the roof with several flaws and never returned my emails or calls.
