Remarkable Installation by Call Climate I don't often submit reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with Call Climate after they replaced my old furnace and air conditioner. My previous Amana unit had served its purpose, but it was old and inefficient. After getting several quotes, it became clear that upgrading to a cold climate heat pump was the best long-term solution. I chose to go with Call Climate, and I am so glad I did. Unlike some larger, national chains masquerading as local businesses, Call Climate is a truly honest, caring, and knowledgeable local company. Their professionalism was evident from the start. I was particularly impressed with Shawn, one of the owners, whose knowledge and enthusiasm for cold climate heat pumps was one of the main reasons I decided to go with them. They also took the time to properly size the heat pump for Utah's climate, which was crucial to the project's success. The installation itself was remarkable. The team was super clean and made excellent use of the small available space. Brandon, the installer technician, did an amazing job--they even had to do some custom fabrication, and he made the entire furnace area look great. They installed a superb unit with an integrated Lennox S40 smart thermostat, which is incredibly simple and friendly to use. The biggest surprise, however, was how quiet the new system is. It is inaudible inside and makes almost no noise outside. The entire house now feels comfortable in a way we have never experienced before--a testament to Call Climate's expertise and careful groundwork. As an added benefit, they handled all the paperwork for the rebates and certifications, making the process completely seamless. I was delighted and astonished by the quality of the unit and the installation. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality and cost of work that Call Climate does. This most recent winter was rough, so when our furnace pooped out on us in the middle of it, we knew we were in trouble. Call Climate came out and inspected our furnace to see if it could be revived. Good humored souls took one look at the furnace and its brand name and laughed, as that brand is no longer used (the furnace was 40+ years old). After inspecting it, it was determined that it wasn't worth saving, as it would only have more and more problems as time moves onward; and it didn't help that the gas company had condemned already. Call Climate gave us some recommendations and took the time to patiently answer all of our questions. They even explained how we could get a rebate from the gas company with the new furnace. They had technicians out to our house the morning of the very next day and had the new furnace installed before the end of normal business hours. Any problems they came up against during installation that had to be resolved outside of the quoted service, they covered. Can I just rave about this company!! WOW! My furnace died on the weekend and I called Scott, the owner, and he came out on personally to service my furnace. He was so professional and nice. I was amazed at his patience as I asked him question after question about my hot water heater, my water softener, my radiant heating, my filter and more. I bought my house a year ago and I've never known how to work everything. He took the time to show me how to fix and maintain my systems and did some trouble shooting on some of my other "house issues." He didn't even charge me for all his expertise and time. I was fully anticipating paying him for his time, but he refused. Luckily, I had some fresh homemade bread and I was able to convince him to at least take a loaf. This is one of the best companies I have dealt with. Shawn took the time to sit down with me and explained everything about the new furnace and AC install. They had me on the schedule 2 days later and the complete install was done in a day. The technicians were very knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. The single most important reason for my five stars is that they were ver honest with me. I had several questions about having anew Whole house Generator installed. it was replacing another generator that we had for over 10 years. The company that installed that generator lied every time I asked a question. I trust them to tell the truth. One more thing. Best Value in the industry. Received 6 bids and these guys were definitely the best value. I did get 2 quotes that were cheaper but noticed that the other 2 companies didn't mention pulling a permit and also were using a cheaper brand and lower efficiency. This was the best priced Lennox dealer I could find and definitely did the best quality work. Troy and Ben did an incredible install and made sure I was happy through the entire install. read more

When Call Climate came to service everything they immediately noticed the problem and gave us options. They did not give their recommendations until we asked for them.
