In less than a month light spot appeared. texted him on Dec 21st 2020, then follow up texts for 11 months to come look at the issue and fix it. first it was too cold to fix anything, then he was too busy or on vacation. Finally, he showed up on11-16-2021. He wanted to charge me, stating the spot were normal ware and the patio need to be re-sealed. I never complained about the gray powder every place when he left. The hundreds of little pieces of concrete left from the edges that I had to pick up and make the bottom of edges smooth. I waited 20-40 days between text, when he would say I will see you next week. He was always friendly I was always friendly; In my opinion he is unreliable and untrustworthy. If you want work done with no warranty on craftmanship you should use this company
