From the moment I pulled up for my appointment at the service department, I was greeted with a warm welcome that set the tone for my entire experience. The fact that the owner, Jarod, is still deeply involved in every aspect of the business speaks volumes about their dedication to quality and customer satisfaction. Walking into their showroom, I was immediately struck by the cleanliness and organization, a refreshing sight in the world of off-road side by side businesses. The staff, knowledgeable and approachable, made sure I felt attended to during my visit, checking in regularly to ensure everything was running smoothly. What's truly remarkable is how each member of the team is willing to pitch in wherever needed, creating a seamless and efficient environment. During my service appointment, I was personally escorted to the service department and introduced to the service manager, a gesture that underscored their commitment to personalized attention. Throughout the process, they kept me informed every step of the way, ensuring I never felt in the dark about the status of my rig. Overall, my experience at Big Pine Sports was nothing short of exceptional, and I'll definitely be returning for all my off-road needs. Disclaimer, I live in Salt Lake County and drive all the way to them because of their service, prices and knowledgeable and friendly staff. Trust me is it well worth the drive.

I had worked with Randy for weeks on the purchase of a new 2024 Street Glide, (whiskey fire with chrome), that had been listed most of the year on the Beers website. A price was agreed upon, and financing was done. At Randy's request, we attempted to complete the deal before the end of the year. My wife and I drove 6 houirs on New Years Eve through snow and ice only to find that the bike listed was not in fact in stock. The Street Glide on the showroom floor was with black finish, not the chrome package listed for months on the website. The staff acknowledged the mistake, but made no attempt to make it right, or even contact Randy. After my wife and I left, the staff changed the information on the website to show the correct information, (street glide with black finish). Someone claiming to be Randy Beers texted me to say that I "was losing it", implying that I was wrong about the chrome package. This person or persons, attempted to insult me, repeatedly swore at me, told me not to "step foot in my business", threatened me, and invited me to "come on down". Yes, I have all of the text messages that I will be forwarding to HDMC. I previously had a terrible experience with the service departement where the "mechanic" screwed up the electrical system on my Road King while working on the suspension. Despite this, I have contniued to try and support a small business, especially one that Harley is looking to pull the licence from. Now, it's clear why; The staff at Beers Harley Davidson is completley enept and not qualified to sell a stick of gum, let alone a $25,000 motorcylce. I have repeatedly emailed Randy Beer's and have heard nothing in responce! Do yourself a favor, go to the large corporate dealership instead. There is a reason that this plpace is dying.

Do not buy from this location…read more I purchased a brand-new rear window for my ATV. When employees loaded the box into my vehicle, glass shards were already falling out, yet they acted as though it was not a concern. Once I got home and opened the still-sealed box in my garage, I discovered the window was completely shattered, leaving broken glass scattered across my floor. What made the experience even more frustrating was the response. I was given a lengthy explanation that another customer must have broken the window, returned it, and that Honda had re-shipped it without inspecting it. Regardless of how it happened, I was the customer who received a damaged product and was left to deal with the mess and inconvenience. The solution offered was a $100 gift card that could only be used in-store. Unfortunately, there was nothing in the store that we needed for our ATV, making the gift card of little value to us. We then had to make an additional trip to return the shattered window and yet another trip to pick up the replacement. Mistakes happen, but selling a shattered item as new and then requiring the customer to spend additional time and fuel to resolve the issue is not acceptable. The entire experience was disappointing and unnecessarily inconvenient.

September 2025. I…read morethought I would try CycleGear instead of the dealer for a new tire. Ordered from the CycleGear website and it showed up in two days. Not bad. However the date code showed the tire was 2 years 10 months old. Seriously? I am hell on tires so I didn't complain as the tire won't be on my bike for more than 6 months anyway. I paid them to mount and balance the tire. Here's where it started to go downhill. First: Their shop has no outside access, so you have to carry your wheel/tire in the front door of the store. Pretty tough to do since you can't prop their doors open and trying to bring the tire through while fighting the door trying to close on you. Grr. Normally they have a dolly they will let you use, but I find it odd they couldn't find it. How do you lose a dolly? My guess is they had it in the back with inventory and didn't want to unload it. Okay, fine. But I found out later they have two dollies. Second: I asked how many tires they had in front of mine, they said none. I asked if I could wait since it was 30 minutes each way to get to their store from my home. The guy at the counter seemed annoyed that he had to deal with me to begin with, but this question set him off for whatever reason. He said they won't do tires same day even if there isn't a wait. I asked why and he said "that's Cycle Gears policy". So I had to make two trips for no reason? Oh come on. Why would a business create a policy like this? Third: The next day they called me to tell me the tire was done and I could come pick it up. At least they had the dolly this time. I wheeled the tire out and headed home. My mistake was not inspecting the tire before I left. The installer tore off the OEM factory Honda wheel weights, but did not remove the foam and glue. Instead, they just slapped a new set of weights on the old foam. They also didn't center the weight strip on the center of the wheel, but left it overhanging the edge of the rim's center. Look at my pictures and you will see the weights sticking up on the old foam, and overhanging the center ridge. This made the weights incredibly easy to pop off with barely any pressure from my finger. I would wager the weights would not have stayed attached the first time I went through a puddle or stream. That was just sloppy, lazy and potentially unsafe at high speed. Fourth: I had to drive to their store a third time to have this corrected. However, I removed the weights, the old foam and glue myself before going back to make sure they it was properly cleaned up. It took me about 2 minutes with a little denatured alcohol and a shop towel. I arrived and asked the girl at the counter to speak with the manager. He was currently talking to a customer, but she said he would help me as soon as he was done. I waited. Then I waited some more. Finally I went and sat on their couches. Two more customers came in and he started helping them. I stood up and tried to get his attention to remind him I was already waiting and needed his help. He avoided makeing eye contact with me, then spoke with the girl at the counter and disappeared into the back where and was gone for at least ten more minutes. Finally he came back up front and talked to me after I had been waiting for about 25 minutes. I explained the siuation with the weights and he said he would go mount and balance the tire again for me. I sat back on the couch and he took my wheel into the back. It took about 20 minutes. I asked if they would refund me anything for the mount and balance since I had spent 2.5 hours so far driving back and forth to the store and still had another half hour to get home. He said they won't issue discounts or refunds on wheel services, even though he didn't charge me for the remount and balance. Those two things don't really add up. I left very irritated at their lack of customer service and mechcanical aptitude. Fifth: You have got to be kidding me. The tire slow leaked about 2 PSI per day. There is no way I am going to let them touch my rim and tire again. So I took the wheel back off my bike and instead went to Wrights Motorcycle in Salt Lake, about 45 minutes away. I got there and had to pay about $60 to remount and balance my tire. I chose them as they were the only place that could do it same day. Wright's said the leak was because they didn't remove a small chunk of rubber from the side of the rim. They said it was about 30 seconds of work. In the end, it cost me $90 to have my tire installed. It was a horrible experience from the moment I set foot in their store. I will never, ever step foot back in that store again. The guy at the counter was a complete jerk. The shop guy and the manager are both terrible at their jobs and neither can figure out how to properly mount and balance a tire. You guys were rude, incompetant and disrespectful of your customers time and money. Ridiculous.
