If you're looking for a reliable, heart-warming, and excellent dog walking service, OUG is it!…read moreDuring a very busy and stressful residency training, I used OUG for regular walks (and last minute add-on walks) for my dogs. It was a huge relief to know that my dogs were well cared for as a busy professional. They sent me text updates after every walk and were quick to let me know if there was ever an issue or concern. They went out of their way and provided consistent, excellent service. I STRONGLY recommend OUG. They have an excellent team of dog walkers and top quality customer service. I can't say enough great things about this company. Just, amazing. THANK YOU, OUG!

We don't leave him overnight very often anymore, but when we need to now, this is where he goes. Extremely clean place. The owners are so good about working with me as our dog has special needs since he's older. I've never met more accommodating owners before. I especially like the set up where they can go outside from their actual kennel. Because of the way it's set up for the pet to go outside if he wants, our dog has never come home stinking like he did from other places. I wish I would have found this place years ago.

Reasonable prices, friendly staff the first time around. The second time I went to pick up our dog, she left with kennel cough. She was miserable and we needed to go to the vet.I called to let them know and they basically told me not to bring in a sick dog. Why would I knowingly board my dog with kennel cough? I repeated that I was calling to inform them that one of the other dogs had given it to her and to look into it. They treated it passively and unapologetic. We will not be going back.
