She said that was no problem, just let them know and someone would be there and have her ready for pick up. Well, I call to set a time on Saturday and was told they didn't do weekend pickups, after they told me I could back in February. We are leaving on vacation next weekend so we can reschedule. Oh, they'll charge me another $60 for another week, of course you! So we have to pick up our St. Bernard tomorrow and hope she fits in our freezer, and bring her up Saturday. Compassion my butt! Our kids will be horrified if they find out. But what choice do we have? We can't risk of her thawing. This is absolutely awful!!! It's so inhumane! Had we been told the truth earlier that we couldn't do weekend pickups, we could have arranged things differently. They would not make an exception or offer any help, just pay them more money. They don't care about you, your pet, just money! I have never had my pet treated so badly!

Dr. Donahue and her team (Autumn) were most helpful. Easily scheduled. She came last Saturday night (under poor weather conditions) and was exceptionally kind professional, caring and genuinely wonderful with my family. Her affect is perfectly suited for her profession. Our beloved Minnie passed calmly, peacefully and my two boys were at ease. We are exceptionally grateful for Full Circle and while our hearts are broken, we are comforted in how well things went. I had the sad task of arranging euthanasia and a private cremation but he died on my bed with me. I contacted Pet Lawn and brought Opie there. I can pick up his ashes in two days. I even found the most beautiful, non-traditional container (non-urn) for his ashes. I'm afraid I don't remember the name of the two women I spoke with but they were so helpful and so compassionate and so sympathetic. It's just what I needed at such a sad time. I called to let them know I would arrive later in the afternoon and they stayed open for me. A big plus for me is that they were more affordable than any other place I called in Milwaukee and the surrounding area.

Our dog, Arya, passed away three days ago and it's been painful for us beyond measure. Her heart stopped while she was playing, so it was extremely unexpected. While we know our vet does a great job for end of life services, we also knew without hesitation that we wanted to take Arya here because of the amazing care and attention that they gave to our Lulu-Bean (she was an exotic animal and they didn't blink an eye or even consider turning her away). We brought Arya here and not only did Pet Lawn accommodate every request, but they gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye, since we didn't get to when she passed. And today, we received a condolences card honoring her. They treat your pet like the family that they are, and treat them with the utmost respect that they deserve. I 1000% recommended Pet Lawn four years ago, and I 2000% recommend them today. My only regret is that I won't be able to leave other 5-star reviews for future pets, but I hope Pet Lawn knows that they'll always receive 5-stars from us every time we tell someone about them.

NEW OWNERS - not good…read more First, when we arrived, told them our dogs were not socialized with other dogs, the owner, Ben took them straight out to the play area with the large dogs. One of our dogs was attacked by a large lab. The staff proceeded to take off her show and hit the dog in the head with it. She said he was a problem dog. Second, when we went to pick up the dogs, they would not release them to me unless we paid the "new" fee, which was ~$200 more than we had ever paid. Evidently, it was up to us to inquire if the rates changed with the new owners. "The rates were posted when you dropped off the dogs." was all the staff person would say. Needless to say this IS NOT Walter's business anymore. Never again!
