I have only good things to say about Bob and how clean our floors turned out. I found him through Angie's list where he had an excellent rating. There were 3 companies that I requested a quote from. One I never heard from. The other was going to charge me almost twice as much as Bob charged. 1. Bob responded to my request for a quote within 24 hours. I talked to him on a Friday and he came out as promised the following Monday. 2. This is Bob's company and he (and sometimes his son when there are a lot of jobs) do all of the work. So you know he will do a great job... pride in his work and great customer service. 3. Bob arrived promptly. He was dressed very professionally and was personable and polite. 4. He has been running his business for many years and knows what he's doing. He worked hard to get our floors clean. He took his time and didn't rush. I think he was here about 2 hours total. They look fantastic. There was even a spot in our bedroom carpet that had been there for years that is 95% undetectable. Our grout and tile looks brand new. 5. The cost was reasonable. It was slightly lower than what I was willing to pay and a lot less than that big company I mentioned before. I am extremely pleased and will use Bob's Quality Carpet Cleaning again.
