I talked to Brian, the most down to earth, professional, and respectful guy you can ever talk to. Even though he had a jam packed schedule prior to Christmas, he made the effort to come do the job on the eve of my party. Not only was Brian a gentleman, he did a great job on the carpets he steam cleaned. My wife and I liked the fact that the steam cleaning was organic and used a natural way to sanitize,disinfect and deodorize fibers. The end result was amazing! With 2 boys under the age of four, some of the carpets had taken a beating with numerous stains and when Brian was done with the steam cleaning, they looked brand new and smelled super fresh. This industry is full of snakes who will rip you off in a heart beat with all kinds of unnecessary treatments and extra work. I've been down that road several times and I'm telling you you really have to be careful. If they are pitching extra services you can almost be assured they are full of s*** and are ripping you off. Case in point, before I hired Randy with Chem Dry I arranged a pickup and a firm price per square foot online quote from Dalworth. When the ass***** showed up sure as heck they start in with the extra services crap and when I called them out on it they said my rugs had moth damage and refused the carpets. Which was just fine by me and I told them to screw off. Then Randy from Chem-Dry contacted me as I had asked for quotes from Yelp carpet cleaners. Randy was HALF the prices, yes literally half the price of rip off Dalworth and he was/is just as honest as they come. He even kept my rugs for an extra week to make sure they were bone dry as I have to put them in storage for the next six months. Not once did he try to upcharge me on anything. All I wanted was a basic cleaning and he cleaned the heck out of these rugs which haven't been cleaned in 20 years. Super nice guy who did an AWESOME job on the rugs. Said what he was going to do and then did it and then went beyond expectations. If you're getting your rugs cleaned by anyone other than Randy, you're probably getting ripped off.
