Even tried Home Depot, but their pricing was way too much how little they were going to do for us. We were referred to LJM Cabinets And Countertops by a painter we've used in the past, and I'm so thankful we did. LJM really does best every estimate. They looked at what Home Depot was going to offer us, and beat their prices but offered all new cabinets, painting done to our satisfaction, all with a quartz countertop. From start to finish, they were always professional. They start work on time (never once were they late, a blessing in the construction world), communicated throughout the entire process so we always knew what was going on, helped us around an issue with our countertop mixup from the dealer (without missing any time and zero delays to the project), and even completed the entire remodel in under his own time estimate. From start to finish it was under 6 weeks, and we ended up with the perfect kitchen for our house. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Jasko saved the day!…read more After a complicated and frustrating week working with Coles Fine Flooring, with poor communication, and many complicating issues, it became clear to me that Coles was not going to schedule my tile installation within my required timeframe. Concerned, I called several tile installers. Jasko at Topalovic Tile and Stone answered immediately and stopped by that afternoon for measurements. I met him a few days before Christmas, and he started work the Monday after Christmas. He and his team were neat, quiet, organized, professional and friendly, with excellent communication. He showed up exactly when we said he would. He worked diligently and speedily, finishing the installation on New Years Eve. Another installer, I imagine, would have taken the holiday off. He is a true artisan--he clearly takes pride in his work. I was lucky to reach him as he begins ramping up his business, and before the jobs he has scheduled in the new year. I've attached pictures to show the before--grimy carpet--and the after--porcelain tile that looks like driftwood. Working with Jasko was the smoothest renovation project I've ever had, and I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Over about a month of back and forth emails and calls (during a larger restoration project), Stephanie helped me come up with a plan to replace this sink and helped pick out a new sink that would work with my setup. Unfortunately when it came time to install they were booked out another month so we had to go with another installer who had more immediate availability but our sink replacement would not have been possible without the planning and assistance of Back to Perfection. This company was able to repair the work and it looks absolutely brand new. I am so thankful. In addition, I had another spot and my pictures aren't very good, but I had another spot where an electrical cord literally like exploded and caught fire and it scorched the top surface and they were able to fix it even though it was against the backsplash and you could never tell it was there. I am just beyond happy and beyond thrilled. John Bennett was my service technician. He showed up extremely prompt. Actually I realized he was there early, but didn't ring the door until it was the time that they had allotted. He was very friendly. He gave me advice as to how to prevent it from happening in the future, which he asked me to increase the height of my stove. I felt like that was going above and beyond to make sure that I didn't necessarily have to call them back. He also put some heat tape on the side so that it would be better protected for future use as well. He cleaned up. Everything was very kind very courteous and very professional.
