Went in with a vision and a photo and Rosie delivered. The wait time was a little long and nowhere to sit and wait, but can't complain too much as I was a walk in! Will definitley be back and will remember to make an appointment next time.

I've been going to Rock'n nails since I moved to Chicago 6 years ago. The customer service is always top-notch. The ladies are very polite and take their time with my no chip manicure and pedicure. I never have a problem getting or rescheduling an appointment. The salon is usually quiet with only a few customers in the building at a time.

This place is pretty bad...I don't recommend. I was in a bind since I have a very busy work week and my normal place was completely booked over the weekend. I came for a no chip mani and regular pedi yesterday. It hasn't even been 24 hours and one of my "no chip" nails is already bubbling/chipping. The lady was rude, the place didn't have any sort of ambiance or relaxing vibes, looked kinda clean but still so far below the standards that I'm used to. Outside of the nail that's already bubbling/chipping the rest of the mani/pedi quality was just mediocre. I haven't had service this bad in years....makes me think twice about the little things I sometimes don't like at other places....even on their worst days they are 10 times better than this dump. I won't ever be returning--please save your money and time. *UPDATE* -- I called every single day for 5 days in a row after getting my nails done and no one picked up the phone. I also drive past there on a daily basis and no one is ever there. I was starting to wonder if they suddenly went out of business...but no they're just a terrible business with even worse customer service. Today when I drove by, I saw someone there so I parked and stopped in to explain what happened and see if they could fix it. They didn't want to let me in, but finally did and immediately dismissed me and asked me to leave. That obviously kissed me off even more so I decided to do what any mild-manned professional millennial would do...hit record. The video is posted in my google review for reference (couldn't post here for some reason. Nails are now fixed and I'll never be returning. Please do not give this business any of your money! Trust me, you'll regret it.

Ehh. Go to this place when you have no choice. $50 for manicure and pedicure and they're not good so its not worth it. Not happy and looks like they hate their job. They use this small fan to dry your nails. Not my type of place.

I've been going to Rock'n Nails for 5 years and it's the only place I'll go. It's private and appointment only - so you never feel rushed and never have to wait. Natalie and Rosie are fantastic! Open every day of the week (unlike most salons). Easy to pay with Zelle/Chase. The one time I had a nail chip after leaving my appointment, Natalie squeezed me in and fixed it very fast at no charge. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have passed this nail shop almost daily but yesterday was my first mani pedi here and it was better than I expected. I had no problem getting a 645 appt. even when I called the day of. Even better, they were ready as soon as I arrived. They have an expansive array of colors, both OPI and Essie and top of the line pedicure chairs. The chair massage is...ummmm...thorough :). My nail tech was fantastic. It is a small operation but they are extremely attentive in catering to their customers. The shop closed at 8pm but that did not change the attention to my nails, my tech worked on me until almost 830pm. I was beyond pleased with the results. The entire staff was patient and focused on providing excellent service. This spot is also BYOB and has lots of daily specials. I've already started planning a treat yourself girls day with my friends.

Loved it. Very thorough and professional - a nice luxurious experience with current magazines and a beautiful ambience. I recommend making an appointment as they seemed pretty busy today. I had a pedicure and I will define lay return to Them. Seems like a great place for a girlfriend spa day . Wide variety of services and saw two men there; one of whom seemed to be a regular.

I love getting my nails done here. It's always clean and sanitized! The staff are so friendly and they have a great choice of colors! They always ensure quality service! I'm a regular and I'll keep being a regular here :)

Your basic nail place. Not sure if it was worth $40 for a basic pedicure…read more They did what you want and you're going out. Nice staff but a looked clean.

I can't get a regular pedicure because I am doing chemotherapy and I'm immunocompromised. I came in…read moreand the only thing they did that was kind as well as correct was just offer me a polish change. I wanted French but they said they couldn't do French unless the base was clear because they use nail polish remover to make the French design. That seems like inexperience to me. I've been to places where they do French over a pink base with regular polish but this is not the spot for that. So we pivoted because I didn't want gel polish. I said I'd go to the car and get the regular color I had on my fingernails. The woman started putting clear polish on my toes so I couldn't put on shoes and go get it. Since I was in a rush we just decided on a pink dnd color with funny bunny on top to make it more white. The joke was on me trying to be in and out. I showed up at 2 and didn't leave until 3:30. It should not have taken an hour and a half for a polish change. The original woman made the funny bunny coat on top too thick and lumpy. So I asked her if she could remove it and I could redo it. I repainted my big toe correctly and then another nail tech came and touched my toenail to see if it was dry and ended up smudging the polish. We had to take it off again. The nail tech that had messed up my nail repainted it but did the same mistake as the first tech. The polish is old and lumpy and unless you put it on thinly, it is going to be lumpy on the toe. So she removed it and said a other tech would try to paint it. When that nail tech finally did come over 20 minutes later, she was able to fix the issue because she found a bottle of funny bunny that wasn't dried out. But most importantly, she listened to what I had been saying from the start. My original nail tech never came back out. And I'm annoyed that I had done it correctly and then they messed it up. I would avoid this place unless you're getting gel. Even the last nail tech said it would have turned out better if I had gotten gel. They seem not to be able to do the basic regular polish well. Just do your own nails at home if you want regular polish. I know I will be. There was also a man on FaceTime on speakerphone in the shop and we were forced to hear his conversation for the entirety of his pedicure. They did not ask him to get off of speaker. It was really annoying and not a relaxing environment.

Best salon I've ever been to ! no Joke! I'm very pocky with my nails and they dis an incredible job…read moreon my nails and my daughters. The place doesn't look like much from the outside but once you enter is a beautiful princes fairy garden were you feel pampered and taken care of. This is the first time ever I did not feel like the staff was critical of me in their language which I can always tell in other places. Everyone was friendly and spoke very good English. They have and incredible selection of nail polishes. A lot that I have never seen such as translúcidas or stone like colors. My daughter counted over 2600 different nail polishes!!! Super happy with the service and will definately get my nails done here all the time.

I chose Dazzle Dry polish, which I normally have good luck with. Unfortunately, my manicure chipped the next day, which was frustrating because I'm very careful with my hands. I felt like the service just didn't live up to the price. If I'm paying over $120 for a mani/pedi, I would like to have a little more of a luxe experience. It felt like there was just a lack of attention to detail - hot towels and parrafin applied way too hot, the chipping the next day, etc. If you need a basic mani/pedi, I think you will have a good experience. But for me, the experience just didn't live up to the price tag.
