When I called (to inquire if the particular car that I was looking for) was still available, I was greeted with professionalism and I set up an appointment time. When I arrived, the car was ready for test drive and cleaned up for me. This was amazing to me. I think I had lowered my standard due to the disappointing experiences I was having, but the GM met the expectation that I always had, but was not receiving. Gunther is the General Manager here, and the person I dealt with, and from start to finish, he was prompt, reliable, professional and honest. Gunther did not give me a hard push for the sale as the other dealerships did, nor did he require that I had to lock in a deposit as other dealerships did...if I was interested in the car. I decided that I wanted the car and that I was going to have my mechanic inspect it. He was open to the idea, and also gave me the information in full detail of the car fax and work that had already been done on the car. My mechanic called out a few minor things that Gunther took care of right away, took photos immediately and sent them to me. How amazing is that! I ended up buying the car. When I arrived to pick it up, the car was shining brightly, had a full tank of gas, and Gunther showed my son how to set up the tech stuff. He stayed in touch when the plates came in, and made sure all was sent in a timely manner. The best GM and dealership in my opinion throughout the NJ, NY area. Adel connected me with Nikki Barboni, who is one of their sales and leasing consultants. Nikki was a consummate professional, which allowed us to get through all the paperwork quickly. I've heard horror stories of people spending all day at the dealership but this was not the case. She really made my family and I feel at home. When it came time to pay for the vehicle and we couldn't make the payment the way we wanted to, she offered nothing but solutions, which I really appreciated. Lastly, the service I received from the business manager Luis Olivier was awesome as well. He was very precise and made sure all the I's were dotted and T's were crossed. Unfortunately my wife's car was totaled in a car accident (thankfully no one was seriously injured)…read moreand it put her in need of a new ride. She had a 2018 CX5 (in Red) Touring and absolutely loved the vehicle. Well why not replace it with a newer and more powerful and more feature packed version. Palisades Mazda just happened to have a 2022 Mazda CX5 Turbo (in Red), I spoke w a lovely salesperson named Arthur E. Sesiguzel who confirmed the vehicle was available and that it was indeed a very low mileage car (low mileage was important to us, my wife does a minimum of 15k miles a year). When my wife and I arrived to dealership we were very pleased with how lovely the dealership and their staff all were. Arthur made the buying process as easy as possible and we were able to come to a deal fairly quickly (we did have plans to go look at another vehicle). I would be remiss if I didn't mention Amberlyn who took care of the financing part of the deal, which once again was quick and extremely professional. One last mention I must make Andy Gorran who took the time to ensure our complete satisfaction was met.
